Scenario: Your customer, Mr. Smith, has arranged to go on a Safari with your company and needs to pay for the trip by credit card.

This short presentation will show how you can take payment from Mr. Smith using the ATTA Payment System.

The client screens – Create an order

An employee of your company will log on to the ATTA Payment System and create a new order, detailing what is to be paid for, addressed to your customer (Mr. Smith).

The Payment System generates an e-mail to Mr. Smith, requesting payment

Mr. Smith visits the link in the e-mail, confirms his identity and provides the payment details.

Mr. Smith’s card is billed and the money deposited with ATTA. Mr. Smith receives a receipt by e-mail and your company receives a message confirming the successful payment.

You can sign in to your client area at any time and see a complete picture of all payments and how much is owed to you.

A weekly report of all transactions is generated for YourCo. Any monies owing are transferred from ATTA.Each report shows the successful transactions for the week, minus any fees to ATTA and the total settlement due to you.
