The Jade Ship Jade, the gemstone that fascinated Chinese

civilization and is considered auspicious and used on royal artefacts.

This fascination for the green could be what prompted this artist to

carve an entire Chinese battle galley in this ominous work of art. The

Jade ship is not only considered as a piece of art, but also provides

historians with a window to peek into civilizations past and imagine the

glory of days past when untouched by technology, how our ancestors

paved ways for civilizations yet to rise.

With a length over 2.5 m and weighing over 400 kgs., this heavy item need

special care while moving. Proper layered packing is essential to make it

transportation ready.

The Camel-bone Carving, an intricate

piece of art is the result of a medieval Chinese

craftsman’s handiwork. An entire section of the city is

depicted in layers of details depicting flora, fauna and

cityscapes with immense detailing. This camelbone

structure is an assembly of thousands of hand carved

bones interlocking in their harmony, like the world’s

most difficult three dimensional jig saw puzzle.

While transporting such a delicate and priceless piece of art, it is imperative that at every

step of the move, the individual pieces of the sculpture should not move from it’s respective

places.

African Tribal Ancestral figures are fabled across the cultures in the cradle of

our civilization. Tribesmen believe that the

spirits of their ancestors reside in these

figures and watch over them, offering

protection and wisdom for those who seek it.

Made of seasoned wood, these artefacts need to be protected from abrasions, moisture, s,

exposure to chemical etc. multiple layers of packing is done to deter all risks and they are

sealed in custom made boxes before crating.
