June Rank Testing Ceremonies & Award Ceremonies - Students Proved Themselves Again!
Allstar Martial Arts Academy students demonstrated their excellent skills at the June Testing and Awards Ceremonies.
Students performed in front of friends and family,
displaying their best techniques in their patterns, self defense, sparring and board breaking.
The students ALWAYS make the owners and instructors of Allstar Martial Arts Academy proud, when they are able to execute their skills to the best of their ability under the pressure of an audience.
This Testing Ceremony was HUGE milestone for several students who tested for their Black Belt. Hard work and dedication was evident when these students tested during their all day Black Belt tests: Jake Moretz, Aiden Collier, Dylan Gunawardene and Vincent Federlein - CONGRATULATIONS! Black Belt is just the tip of the iceberg. You are now a role model for others. Wear your Black Belt with pride and always demonstrate a Black Belt attitude - be confident, humble,
and always strive to do the best that you can do in every situation! These new Black Belts are excited to help assist and instruct other students. Remember - you’ll be there one day too, just like these boys! If you stay on track and stay committed, a Black Belt may be earned in about 4 years. Keep working hard! Another major accomplishment was earned by two of our Instructors, at this Testing Ceremony, as well. Mr. Weinstein and Mr. Hovannesian both tested for and earned their 2nd Dan (Degree) Black Belts! Their testings were exciting, inspiring and motivating, which is what makes them excellent instructors at the Academy.
Congratulations to all students! Keep up the hard work! Your reward is that next belt, and the satisfaction in knowing that YOU and ONLY YOU did what it takes to earn that belt. You should all be very proud of yourselves! Thank you to all of the Allstar families for continuing to help motivate and encourage your children in their martial arts studies and in everything POSITIVE in their lives! The benefit for your child is increased self confidence, physical fitness, self defense skills, and so much more!!

Fun Week & Buddy WeekThe week following each each Testing Ceremony is Fun Week & Buddy Week at Allstar Martial Art Academy.
During this week students may bring friends and family to class with them. We have ETXRA fun in class this week - a small break from the hard work put in for the testing ceremonies

Open Gym is 2 hours of supervised free play, lead by Jack and Jodi Lord. ($20)
Parent’s Night Out includes pizza, drinks, movie and is 3 hours long, lead by Jack and Jodi Lord. ($30)

OPEN GYMFRIDAY, AUGUST 12, 20116:30-8:30 P.M. $20Drop off the kids (ages 4.5-12 please) for a night of non-stop action! Under the supervision and instruction of Jack and Jodi Lord, your child will have a blast playing martial arts games and activities, like ninja tag, Mr. Lord says, obstacle courses, flying kicks over pads, races, and so much more.
Please sign up at least 48 hours prior to the date.(If less than 10 are signed up the event will be cancelled.)
