Chapter 1:

Who Exactly Are the Space Friends?

I believe they are called the Confederation.

In the book To Men of Earth Part 1 by Daniel Fry, there is mention of the

space friends organization which is referred to as the Federation,

Confederation, Galactic Confederation or Galactic Federation. (Not to beconfused with the fake ‘channelers’ and New Age nonsense by misinformed

groups claiming to be a part of the ‘Galactic Federation’. Contactees that

claim they have insider information about the federation are fake because the

real federation would never give highly sensitive information to earth people

as we are not part of their organization yet.) In the book 50 Years of Amacizia

and Mass Contacts by Stefano Breccia the space friends also call their

organization the Confederation. In the book 50 Years of Amacizia, Howard

Menger's space friends are believed to the same group from the same

confederation due to the similarity of the ships and the way they taught.

Connie Menger (Howard's Wife) also wrote a chapter specifically in support

of the Friendship Group. While in Merlin, Oregon, Daniel Fry's wife took

pictures of the same kind of bell shaped craft as Adamski photographed.

Further evidence that leads to the belief that the space friends of Adamski,

Menger, Fry, Nelson, and the Italian Friendship Group are all part of the same

Confederation is the similarity of the their teachings, including the belief that

they cannot directly interfere in other worlds not part of their group. The

Confederation are physical people just like us but they have bases on planets

within our solar and they actually live on other planets in other parts of the

universe or galaxy. The Do Not live on Venus or Saturn ect. As will bediscussed below.

Chapter 3: Dedicated to the Friendship Group(W56): The purpose of the book:

This ebook in particular is dedicated to the Italian Friendship Group (W56)

and all the wonderful work they did in helping our planet from the1950’s-

1970’s. One of their projects was to work with their contacts to build a center

that would carry out many operations. One of the operations included

teaching people the Galactic Federation views of the way of the universe.

Then have the students of the Galactic Federation teachings teach others and

so on until a cultural shift would happen that would be based in the teachings

of the Galactic Federation so Earth civilization would meet the requirements

to become a member of the Galactic Federation. Unfortunately the plans for

such an operation never happened due to internal strife from the Earth

contacts. Hopefully this ebook will be of some assistance in continuing their

work in some small way.

Chapter 4: Galactic Federation Economics

All the major inter-stellar space organizations like the galactic

federation use an economic system based on fair market competition and

basic rights and freedoms with a belief in God. The real galactic federation

has nothing to do with ‘channelers’ and fake contactees who claim to have

high level insider information about the Galactic Federation. The real Galactic

Federation will never give any high level information to any Earth person

because our planet is not a part of their federation yet. The real Federationonly helps out Earth people who wish to serve them in small ways like

influencing their subconscious from a distance for ideas to spread the

teachings of the federation or they may send an undercover agent to help in

small ways to let the people know their work is supported. The real

undercover agent radiate an energy feeling of universal wisdom and

friendship. Do not talk about UFO’s with them as they are undercover. Be

careful of evil groups who pretend to be them. If you do not sense the

wonderful energy radiating from someone acting like an undercover agent

then avoid them. Do not physically challenge any evil secret governments orgroups because there are advanced evil groups as mentioned in Menger’s

book From Outer Space To You and the evil advanced groups even infiltrated

Mars and the Moon bases of the space people as stated by the federation

agent in the book and we Earth people stand no chance against them. (The

Galactic Federation has bases on the Moon, Mars, Venus ect. As mentioned

by Menger in the documentary Alien Contacts - The Best Evidence UFO

Documentary by Michael Hesemann.)

The secret governments also use the media to encourage immorality and they

also use gang stalking, electronic harassment, and even implants against

whistleblowers. All we can do is practice morals, forgiveness, and prayer and

let the advanced positive groups like the Federation take care of the rest

because they have the technology to deal with secret governments. As stated

before all the major inter-stellar organizations like the federation use an

economic system based on fair market competition and basic rights and

freedoms with a belief in God.

This is one of the reasons why America was created with free markets and the

constitution and bill of rights and an emphasis on God as we will soon see.

The W56 was a group that was part of the galactic federation called the

friendship group that was based in Italy in the 1950-1979s. The main human

contact Bruno Sammaciccia called the federation agents the W56. One reason

for the W in the W56 name was for George Washington as stated in the book

Mass contacts by Washington had contacts with federation agents who guided

him with the creation of America. America with its market competition and

basic human freedoms and rights with an emphasis on God is what makes up

the basis of what all advanced interstellar organizations are founded upon.

However it should be pointed out the gap between the rich and poor were not

supposed to be as large as it is now. (It should be noted some Earth people

tried to correct this problem while still retaining market competition and basicfreedoms.

Though they may not have believed in God. One person to have attempted to

do so in theory was a French man named Proudhon. He created an economic

system he called Mutualism that retained basic freedoms and voluntary

organization but recommended co-op run businesses on acompetitive market.

He believed the co-ops would pay their workers more fairly since the workers would set

the wage rates within the co-op. Another man influenced by Proudhon was

Tucker. Tucker had his own brand of economic American Mutualism that isclosest to the American system however his solution was to still have

employers run the business but still have the workers be paid their full

product as he agreed with the Labor Theory of Value. One possible way this

could happen is by everyone in the company agree on fair wages for everyone

including employers hence the workers control the value of their full product

and be paid as such which is why Tuckers system is a form of Mutualism. In

these ways the market competition would be retained but the gap between

rich and poor would not be so large.)

However whatever the system is called is not important. Any economic

system can work if the majority of people use morals, respect, with a real

belief in and reliance on God. What about the fact the federation does not use

money as stated by contactees? It does not mean they do not use a form of

remuneration. It is possible they use some sort of point system or some other

method. Coming back to the main point, as a result of federation influence on

American economic and political freedom it is no co-incidence that the

American economic and human rights and belief in God are emphasized by

other contactees such as American contactee Gabriel Green who was given

information by space brothers and sisters from many different star systems

and organizations. Green had many political campaigns and even ran for president. In one of his political campaigns he worked with Daniel Fry who

was a federation contact as mentioned in other videos in the Adamski and

Menger series. The space brothers and sisters also recommended a similar

economic and system to Green which consisted of fair markets and basic

human freedoms and rights and a belief in God.

I wish all the space brothers and sisters (whoever they are and where ever

they come from) who have come to Earth to set up this type of system much

success on Earth, however the main group the that this series the Adamski

and Menger series and this channel in general focuses on is the real GalacticFederation. I have no connection to any other group. I have found the

Galactic Federation most helpful in my life with their infinite patience with

me (I am definitely not perfect), their wonderful energy presence when

meeting an undercover agent in person they radiates wisdom, compassion,

and friendship (never talk to an undercover federation agent about ufos), and

their guidance through influencing my thoughts to more moral ways in real

time or by influencing my subconscious for ideas on how to support them in

small ways with their technology from a distance. It is my wish that everyone

have the same opportunity I have had to help serve the federation in smallways which is why I make these videos with steps about how to do it.

If most people on the chose to serve the federation, public sightings of their

ships would increase, the number of undercover agents would increase as

would their secret operations.

The goal of the federation is for one day the Earth would be a moral planet

with a belief life, freedom, and God where all people would live in service for

each other and for God. When this is the case the federation would comeopenly to Earth and potentially offer Earth to join their federation and

possibly adopt their economic and basic freedom system of the federation.

For people who wish that one day this would happen here is a prayer they can

use. It is used in the style of the space people:

"Devine Creator or Infinite One the invisible intelligence that gives life to all

things and is beyond our mortal comprehension, please grant Earth people

compassion, wisdom, morality, and forgiveness so they may take the proper

steps toward evolution through your guidance in service of you. May they

learn from their mistakes and not repeat the same wars and atrocities that Earth man has done for so many eons. May they live in peace as brothers

and sisters so people from other worlds may come openly and implement the

system of fair trade freedom and service for you as it is meant to be now and

for all time"

Chapter 5: Incarnating Into Galactic Federation

Civilizations/Life in Those Civilizations

The Galactic Federation contacted Earth people (some more than

others) like George Adamski, Howard Menger, Daniel Fry, Buck Nelson, The

Italian Friendship Group, Gabriel Green (Green had connections with several

groups) among others. The Galactic Federation comes from a confederationof many planets that are all at different levels of development. The Galactic

Federation I refer too are physical people just like us. They have bases on

Venus, Mars, the Moon ect. They do not live on the planets as stated by

Howard Menger in the documentary Alien Contacts - The Best Evidence

UFO Documentary by Michael Hesemann. They call God the Divine Creator

or Infinite One as mentioned n Adamski’s Inside the Spaceships. God (ie.

Devine Creator or Infinite One) is Not a man or a crucifix as stated in

Menger’s Threads of Light To You. God is the invisible intelligence that is all

people and all things and the whole universe exists within God. The GalacticFederation have nothing to do with the fake ‘channelers’ or contactees that

claim to have high level insider information about the Galactic Federation.

The real Galactic Federation would never give high level information to any

Earth person because we are not part of their group yet. The Real Galactic

Federation only gives some information to Earth contacts that only helps the

federation in small ways.

-The cities:

As stated in Adamski’s Inside the Spaceships, the structures of the city haveno monotonous lines. Adamski described them as beautiful. Many buildings

have domes that radiate prismatic colors that give the impression of

revitalizing force. At night the colors turn into a luminous soft yellow light.

All cities are in a circular or oval pattern. Between the communities was

much still uninhabited territory.

-Organization of the Galactic Federation:

At the base of the federation are the people. They live just like us but their

energy is better and radiates more wisdom, universal love and compassion

and is there is very powerful joyous radiations (as a federation master in

Inside the Spaceships) on the planet and their is much more joy and universal

love with no discouragement.

There are no churches but everyone believes in the God which they call the

'infinite one' or 'divine creator'. Everyone lives in service for everyone else

and especially for God.

They do not use physical money but they some sort of point system. They

have a market system economy but there are No super rich or super poor

similar to Gabriel Green's economic model which was given to him by thefederation and other groups. The closest economic version by an Earth person

would be the Mutualism of Proudhon or Tucker. The Galactic Federation

economic system is somewhat similar to the American system but without the

super rich or poor because the American system and its freedoms was

influenced by the W56 which is a part of the Galactic Federation. The W56

worked with George Washington as stated by a member of the W56 in

Breccia's Mass Contacts.

They have freedoms and rights much like the Bill of Rights in America.

They live for a thousand years. They actual have a machine that can take

someone’s soul who is about to die and transfer the awareness (soul) to a new

clone body so technically they can live forever with their technology as

mentioned in the book Threads of Light To You by Menger.

They also have cyborgs that can double as actual people for dangerous

missions as mentioned in the book 50 Years of Amicizia by Breccia.

They have hover cars and star craft.

They speak in a language called Solex Mal as stated in the book: Other

Tongues, Other Flesh by Williamson. Williamson was with Adamski the day

Adamski met the Federation agent in the California desert in 1952.

Everyone is vegetarian.

They often give thanks to the (God) Devine Creator which can also be called

the Infinite One and they pray, give thanks to the Infinite One, and also do

chanting or forms of meditation as mentioned in the book Mass Contacts byBreccia.

God (ie. Devine Creator or Infinite One) is not a man or a crucifix as stated in

Menger’s Threads of Light To You. God is the invisible intelligence that is all

people and all things and the whole universe exists within God.

They elect the most compassionate of their people as the master (for life) of

their planet. The master runs the affairs of the planet and also follows the

guidelines of the confederation.

The information about elected a master to run a planet for life was told by a

Galactic Federation Contact who was considered a master on earth regarding

spirituality. His body is now deceased on this planet. He identity is to remain

anonymous.

-The Grandmasters:

The grandmasters are elected by all the masters of all the planets within the

federation. The grandmasters set the rules and guidelines of the federation

that the planets are to follow. The grandmasters also follow the guidance of

the Devine Creator or Infinite One and from advice from the spiritual realms.

The Divine Creator (Infinite One) and the spiritual realms give the

grandmasters much more information and advice then to the regular people.

The Galactic Federation agents of the W56 called themselves the precursors

to the spirit world implying in the next life they will incarnate into realms that

do not need physical bodies.

-Special Operations:

The confederation has volunteers with the guidance of the masters to look

over planets within the federation territory or planets that are potential

members to become actual federation member worlds. They are determined to

non-violent solutions on planets they intervene in or work with. The masters

are the ones in charge of the operations as briefly alluded too in books like

Mass Contacts by Breccia.

-The Earth:

The Earth is in federation system, so they see us a brothers and sisters. The

federation sees the earth as what they call a redemption planet as stated in

Mass Contact by Breccia. They see the earth as a place where people with bad karma are given another chance to create good karma and show God and

the federation that they are worthy of incarnating into higher planets. We are

on Earth to prove our worthiness to God and the Federation that we can

incarnate into confederation planets. If we have done intentional evil in the

past then we must ask for Forgiveness from God. We do not need to do

anything else except be sincere in changing for the better. Faith that God has

forgiven you and feel that it has happened is key. This is the example Jesus

taught. Jesus was a member of the Confederation as a Confederation member

told Adamski in Inside the Spaceships and is also what a federation agent toldMenger in Threads of Light To You. It was also alluded to by Confederations

agents who spoke with Nelson.

-Federation operations on Earth:

The federation operations on earth include shutting down nuclear missile silos

(W56), protect the Earth from evil groups (W56), protecting earth people

who choose to serve them for life, and placing undercover agents into earth

society for various missions or to live undercover anonymously among us in

order to act as good examples for other earth people to follow (as stated byAdamski). The real Galactic Federation agents radiate good energy that is

very warm, friendly, and peaceful with much wisdom and friendship.

The Galactic Federation has registering Discs to read thoughts. Send a

thought you wish to serve the Galactic federation and practice having an

attitude of service without expecting anything in return towards the federation

and especially God. It is the sincere people they will come to and they will

influence their subconscious or thoughts in a positive way from the distance

with their technology or an anonymous undercover agent may stand near youor talk to you so you can feel the true REAL presence of their wisdom,

universal love, warmth, and friendship energy emanating from them and a

Real co-incidence will happen to let you know they are aware of you and

support your efforts or work. Do Not talk about Ufo’s with the undercover

agents because they are here undercover. You can support the federation in

only small ways. Be careful because there are evil groups that pretend to be

them to misguide people into doing immoral things so focusing on morals and

feeling the energy they radiate is important to distinguish between the real and

fake ones. The fake ones have technology and methods to make people feel

energy sensations but their technology energy and bodies do not radiate the

universal love energy like the real confederation agents do.) We can incarnateinto their planets by knowing we are our awareness within our body and by

having the intention that our awareness will go to a federation member planet

in the next life and ask God what we need to do in this life in order to

incarnate into their civilization. If Earth Civilization were ever destroyed the

Galactic Federation would come and rescue people who see the Galactic

Federation as family.

How to incarnate into Galactic Federation civilization:

To incarnate into their worlds in the next life ask God what you can do in thislife to meet the requirements to incarnate into Galactic Federation worlds in

the next life, then let go of thinking and an answer will come in the form of a

thought or idea of only moral common sense things to improve life in small

ways. Also have the attitude of service to God especially for the Galactic

Federation. The ones who sincerely adopt this attitude will be the ones who

receive the Federation. Have the intent your awareness will go be part of the

federation in the next life for a new body on a federation world. We are not

our body. We are our awareness within our body. The awareness is our soul.

Practice living in the present moment because the awareness only lives in the present. Just have the intention that your awareness will go to a confederation

planet in the next life.

The Galactic Federation I am referring to are the Space Friends of Adamksi,

Menger and Fry. They are physical people just like us, and they come from

other parts of the galaxy. They do have bases on the Moon, Mars, Venus, ect.

as stated by Menger in the documentary Alien Contacts - The Best Evidence

UFO Documentary by Michael Hesemann. Also as stated int the

documentary The Friendship Case by Luca Trovellesi their bases aretemporary so they are decommissioned and dismantled relatively quickly with

little evidence left behind. So they may have had bases at the time of Adamski

on Venus, but in more recent times they have dismantled them or they may

have not.

This is why Adamki’s space ship photos were proven real by experts in the

documentary Alien Contacts - The Best Evidence UFO Documentary by

Michael Hesemann and at the same time science has shown there is definitely

no advanced intelligent native life on Mars, Venus, the Moon ect. Adamski

likely saw images of underground bases with parks or clear bio-domes or

mobile bases.

I wish to thank the undercover Federation agents and the Galactic Federation

for their work here on Earth so one day maybe our planet can be a ‘heaven’

like their planets. All we need to do is learn morals, forgiveness, prayer, and a

reliance and belief in the guidance of God and the Galactic Federation who

are here to assist us and to be looked up to as elder brothers and sisters.

Give your body to God and let God guide you by asking God a question, then

let go of thinking and an answer will come of only moral commons sense

thoughts or ideas to improve your life in small ways. Being filled with the

energy of God and having the attitude of service to God affords true inner

peace.

Special thanks to the federation agent who encouraged me to make this video

by encouraging my subconscious in real time. May the Infinite One guide

them to continue to live a life of service of successful operations on this

planet wherever they may go next.

Welcome to the Galactic Confederation Assistance

School: Introduction

What is the Confederation Assistance School?

It is a way of learning new attitudes, and new ways of thinking and feeling in

order to create a better life for yourself and the world so one day the

Confederation can come to Earth openly.

At this time, Earth civilization is not morally or technologically advanced

enough to be able to assimilate with the civilizations of the Confederation.

The Federation would like that to change so they can come openly to our

planet.

George Adamski, Daniel Fry, Howard Menger, and the Italian Contacts of the

Friendship Group all worked directly with the Confederation to create study

groups to gradually create a more positive, moral Earth civilization that wouldallow the Confederation to come openly to our planet.

The Confederation is a loose knit organization of many planets within this

galaxy and beyond that live by a code of morals and technological

advancement with a belief in energy, spirituality and God. They are physical

just like us.

Earth exists within the Confederation system but their universal law prevents

direct open communication with planets that are not evolved enough to be

openly approached by the federation.

However the federation still comes secretly to Earth to protect Earth from evil

groups and to help people to evolve. Earth is known to the federation as a

place of redemption because Earth people who incarnated onto this planet

still have karma to solve. The Federation has bases on the Moon, Mars,

Venus and other planets but they Do Not live on those planets. As stated by

Menger in the documentary UFO Secret: Alien Contacts - The Best Evidence

UFO Documentary by Michael Hesemann. This is why Adamki’s space ship

photos were proven real by experts in the documentary UFO Secret: Alien

Contacts - The Best Evidence UFO Documentary by Michael Hesemann andat the same time science has shown there is definitely no advanced intelligent

native life on Mars, Venus, the Moon ect. Adamski likely saw images of

underground bases with parks or clear bio-domes or mobile bases.

This series will consist of 12 short lessons that will teach people the basics

needed to become a better civilization that would allow the confederation to

have open contact with Earth. People who watch these videos will have the

option to become ‘trainers’ in their own study groups for others so they can

teach others to become trainers and so on until there is a major shift in the

morality and spirituality of Earth culture that would allow for the

confederation to come openly to our planet.

To be clear, I have had contact with the federation but not in the way Menger

or Adamski or other contacts did. I have had contact with undercover

federation agents that let me know who they were by orchestrated co-

incidences to let me know they are aware of me and what I am doing and I

believe they influence the subconscious to give me ideas. They only give

moral, common sense ideas to improve your life in small ways. All you need

to do is ask and their registering discs will receive your thoughts.

Anyone can have a contact with them in this way or other similar ways which

will be outlined in more detail in later lessons, particularly Lesson 12.

A person can use the 12 lessons to study on their own to learn on their

own or they can to start their own study group to learn with others.

The Confederation Assistance Study Group Rules:

1. Anyone can start their own Confederation Assistance Study Group. The

‘trainers’ will be the ones that learn from these videos and try to teach others

so they too can be ‘trainers’ and teach others. The study groups can be done

publicly or more realistically at this time in secret between trusted friends.

The public at large may not be ready for the information at this time. Holding

secret study groups among trusted friends would also be recommended

because at this time the secret governments and evil groups may send people

to disrupt public study groups.

2. Morality is the basis of the study group that should be practiced to the best

of the ability of each person in their own lives. In other words do the best youcan to lead by example but remember no one is perfect but still do your best.

3. Channelers, psychic mediums and others of similar beliefs will Not be

admitted into the study group. They mostly serve as unintended

disinformation or are manipulated by evil groups. The Federation would never

share high level insider information with any Earth person because we Earth

people are not members of their Confederation. So all the ‘Channelers’ are

fake. Psychics are based on a misunderstanding of cosmic law. The study

group is for people mainly interested in the beliefs and organizations of the

physical confederation.

4. These are study groups only. Never challenge any evil groups or secret

governments. Anyone who violently challenges such groups will die. (As

alluded to in the book From Outer Space To You by Howard Menger) We are

here to spiritually evolve and help the federation in small ways. Let the

Confederation deal with the evil groups, they have the technology to deal

with evil groups, we earth people do not. As implied in the book From Outer

Space To You by Menger, us Earth people stand no chance against evil

advanced groups. The way we can assist the federation is through livingmoral lives, visualizing the planet filled with light and cleaned from evil then

sending the image to God (prayer), and creating study groups to change the

culture to one that allows the federation to come here openly.

Each study session is designed to last about 20 minutes however it is up to

the trainer to decide how long or short the session is to be.

surroundings. Notice the other people and things around you. Then practice

Etheric masters exist in realms unfathomable by our limited human minds. We

can prove ourselves by being moral, believing in God and creating good

As noted by Adamski in the book Flying Saucers Farewell, a life of doing evil

to others blocks a person from re-incarnating into higher planets and they

have to be born again on a low planet and have similar evil things happen to

them that they did to others in the past life in order to teach the soul not to be

evil. So it pays to be good to others and to yourself. As stated by Menger in

positive energies because all is God, however focus on being with positive

Part 1: Morality is key for any technologically advanced civilization to

evolve in a positive healthy way. Morality is also important to live a healthy,

happy, full life without depravity or lust. Healthy technological societies exist

within the Confederation where everyone is mostly free from jails or crime

and technology has allowed them to live extremely long periods of time

without sickness or disease. In contrast, amoral societies degenerate intooppressive technological nightmares where those with advanced technology

use it to exploit others who are at the mercy of such technologies.

Part 2: In order to have healthy moral society like the Confederation, the

Federation left a code of morals with their contact Buck Nelson for the people

of Earth to follow. It was called the 12 Laws of God. The 12 Laws are: Love

your Maker, God; Do not kill (including accidents or war. If you have

unfortunately killed in the past either from accidents or wars or other reasons

ect. and you have a true desire to repent, as God for forgiveness and God will

forgive you. God never forsakes, and you will also impress the confederation

by doing so); Love your neighbor; Let your talents help others, and all will

see your good works, and it will be an honor to you and your Maker, God;

Do not commit adultery; Do not steal; Do to others what you wish to be done

to you; There is only one God (the Invisible Intelligent Energy Everywhere

that is All People and All Things and it has its own Intelligence Separate From

all Other Things); Do not take the name of God in vain; Honor your father

and mother (of course if they treat you badly leave then when you can); Your

body is God's. Do not misuse it in any way. Do not drink or eat anything that

is not food. Use nothing to harm the body, either inside or out. Wear nothingon the body that harms it or is of no use; God made the heaven and the earth

and we must give Him thanks for what he gives us.

Part 1: As stated in the book Threads of Light To You by Connie and Howard

Menger, a confederation agent told Menger that everything we see outside is

our consciousness. God is the main consciousness and since everyone is an

individual part of God, everyone’s consciousness is both unique and a part of

God. So focus on what you want and not on what you don’t want. Visualize

cleaning yourself with white light and picture what you want (as long as it is

moral), then let the image go to God and let God take care of it and a

situation of what you want will come when the time and energy is right. Help

the Confederation by picturing the planet filled with Light and all evil is

dissolved away, then send the image to God and let God take care of it. This

is a form of prayer. (Never physically challenge evil groups. They have

advanced technology and any regular earth person would die. The

confederation has technology to deal with them. We earth people do not. Letthe Confederation deal with them.) Heal your body by picturing your body

filled with clean white light and picture your body is in good health.

Part 2: Cause and Effect. Thoughts are the cause, the effect are the physical

actions from the thoughts. Everything including our own bodies are the result

of previous thoughts from God or from ourselves or others.

Part 3: Visualize people in your life or visualize the federation and picture

sending them approval energy until they are smiling. This will really have a positive effect. For evil people in your life, picture their face, then picture

sending them approval until they are smiling and picture them leaving form

your life. Eventually they will leave out of your life or you will not see them

as much. Avoid evil people and focus on positive people.

Part 1: God is infinite. The whole universe exists within God. God is infinite

so the learning about the universe is also infinite. The learning never ends.

Our soul (our awareness) is a part of God so our soul is infinite. We have an

infinite number of bodies to incarnate into in the future. So there is no need to

rush the learning. Everything is just shape and form of the same energy of

God.

moment. This feeling is NOT from your nervous system of the body. This

feeling is simply awareness. Your awareness is your soul energy that fills your

Real You, your Soul is eternal and have the feeling of eternalness. Practice

having the feeling that there is no rush in life since the learning is infinite.

Meditation”:

The Lesson: “Vegetarianism, Health, and Meditation”

Vegetarianism: Service is the nature of the universe. Plants and nuts are here

to serve us by providing nutrients for the body when they are consumed.

Once they perform their service they can evolve in order to incarnate into

more higher evolved things like animals. Eating plants so they can evolve also

creates good karma for the person consuming the plants and nuts and it will

help them evolve and be more healthy as well. The whole universe is based

on the principle of service. The more someone serves, the more they canevolve. Eating meat does not perform any service and the fear energy

installed in the meat then the animal is killed is consumed by the person and

they stay in a lower state. This information was talked about by both Adamski

and Menger in the books Inside the Spaceships and From Outer Space To

You.

Health: Eating organic is very healthy because the person eating the fruits

and vegetables are giving the plants the opportunity to evolve and therefore

the person who consumed the plants are providing a service and becoming

more evolved themselves. Mind health comes from an attitude of newness.

Newness is the attitude that every second is a new second to begin to create

something positive or learn something new. This rejuvenates the body and

mind.

Meditation: The Confederation are responsible for bringing meditation Earth

in a non-organized way. The Confederation practice chanting and meditation

themselves as stated in the book Mass Contacts by Breccia. They also

encourage the work of spiritual teachers like Yogananda and 777Alaje who’s

messages are helpful to their cause. Practice Alaje’s meditation part 4 onwww.youtube.com. The federation I refer to are a slightly different group then

Alaje’s group because the confederation I refer too are physical people just

like us and they live on other physical planets elsewhere in the galaxy in our

3rd dimension.

on them as well. Everything is connected by God’s energy so avoid or leave

Feel it is really happening then send the visualization to God and let God take

care of it. The visualization really will have some positive impact on Earth

because everything is connected by energy and it will be helpful to the

Confederation as well because it will be a little bit easier for the

Confederation to carry out their operations on Earth.

This is all we can do because anyone who tries to violently oppose evil

advanced groups will die. This was alluded too by federation agents speaking

with Menger in the book From Outer Space To You. Let the confederation

take care of the evil groups. They have the technology to deal with them, we

Earth people do not.

The Lesson: “Working on Letting Go of the Fear of Death and How to Re-

incarnate into Confederation Worlds”

Earth exists within Confederation territory. However because people of Earth

have not learned to get along with each other the federation has been unable

to offer Earth to join their Confederation. If Earth people learned to get along

with each other Confederation law would allow the confederation to come to

Earth openly and offer Earth to join them. The Earth is seen by theConfederation as a planet of Redemption. Everyone born on Earth has bad

karma from past lives that we have to resolve. We can resolve bad karma by

asking God for forgiveness and forgiving ourselves, and by living a good

moral life in order to prove to God and the Confederation that we are worthy

of incarnating into their moral, peaceful worlds and by doing the information

in this video.

In the book Flying Saucers Have Landed by Adamski asked a federation

agent (the agent came from a base on Venus. They do not live on Venus asAdamski incorrectly thought. They have bases on Venus as Menger noted in

the Documentary UFO Secret: Alien Contacts: The Best Evidence by Michael

Hesemann) returning to the subject, Adamski asked the federation agent a

question and the agent answered by pointing to their own mind indicating

they lived on earth in a past life but their consciousness (soul or mind energy)

is now in a new body. Our soul is our mind energy.

Part 1: We are not our body. We are the awareness (soul which is our mind

energy). Our awareness (mind energy) is eternal. When we die our mindenergy leaves the body and we have an out of body experience and we can

still think. If we lived a life of evil we re-incarnate back into lower evolved

planets and have the same evil done to us that we did in the past life to others.

So it pays to live a moral life creating good karma and feeling blessed to feel

Our mind energy is feeling that fills the body. Not feeling of the nervous

system but simply being aware and feeling the physical and emotional energy

protecting the planet from evil extra-terrestrials and preventing nuclear war byshutting down military bases with their technology.

The Confederation exists as a theocracy type organization of worlds. They

have no laws or jails and everyone lives free because everyone lives

according to a code of morals and doing evil is unthinkable to them. The

wisest and most compassionate people are chosen to govern the federation as

masters, and the masters also take the advice of the etheric masters from

realms unfathomable by the mind. The federation believes in God as the

invisible intelligence that is all people and all things but they do not have anyorganized religion. They are well aware that organized religion is often used

by evil groups to manipulate and control others. The space friends of

Tip 1: Ask God for advice in life, then let go of thinking and an answer will

just come in the form of a thought or idea. You do not need to think about the

12 lessons. Ask God for a reminder of the 12 lessons and God will send you

the thoughts. God sends only common sense thoughts or idea to improve your

life in small ways. God Does Not send things like winning lotto numbers and

Does Not send things like the so-called “Akashic Records” or “astral travel”

because the information is too inaccurate for earth people and Confederation

Agents stated there are advanced amoral groups that can manipulate people’s

thoughts and memories according to the book Mass Concacts by Breccia. Theway to prevent such manipulation is by strengthening one’s will power. So

everyday imagine your will power becoming stronger and let go of any

resistance until you are totally relaxed and feel that everyday your will power

increases in strength.

Tip 2: Focus on feelings of friendliness with yourself and with others. Picture

everyone as friendly and happy even if they are not (picture someone friendly

or normal even if they are evil) because when you picture everyone friendly

and happy it really will have an affect on them in a positive way becausethere is nothing out there but our consciousness and God’s consciousness.

Ofcourse avoid evil people and focus on friendly people.

Tip 3: Picturing everyone friendly and happy and being friendly also does

something else. According to the book Mass Contacts by Stefano Breccia, the

Confederation agents said having morals and being friendly creates a positive

energy called Urreda. Urreda is an invisible entity that grows stronger from

acts of friendship, kindness, morals, service, love ect. And in turn the Uredda

increases positive energy and situations even more so more positive thingswould be attracted to you.

If people are negative, spiteful, hateful, lusty, ect a different invisible energy

entity appears called Redda. Redda is a destructive entity that feeds off

negativity and drags everybody down.

So it is important to increase Uredda in your own life and with others the best

you can especially within the study groups.

Tip 4: Do not focus on your physical heart but focus on your heart space

which is in the center of your chest. Focus on the center of your chest and feeluniversal love and service the best you can. Focusing on your Heart center

also clears the mind so you can think but only when you want too. So let go

of thinking and focus on your heart space and the feeling of universal love

and service. This way you can think but only when you want too.

Tip 5: The Confederation will support anyone who asks because service is

the nature if the universe. If you need advice about something ask yourself: Is

what I am doing the Confederation way? The Confederation will assist you by

using their technology from a distance to influence your subconscious in a

more positive way to act more like them. Trainers, this tip can be especially

helpful for you as you can provide examples of how to live a more moral life

the best you can (no one is perfect of course but do your best).

Also it should be known the Galactic Confederation of Adamski, Menger,

Fry, Nelson, the Italian Friendship group are physical people and they have

bases on the Moon, Mars, Venus ect. So although they are a separate group,

they support the teachings of the great teachers Yogananda and Alaje because

their teachings are helpful to the cause of the physical confederation.

1: What to do about Evil Government Influence

and Electronic HarassmentAs mentioned in the books Mass Contacts and 50 Years of Amicizia by

Breccia, the postive Earth people working with the friendship group were

under constant pressure from amoral groups who were sending them energy

from a distance or were doing other tactics to harass and make the contacts

angry and upset in order to destroy the cohesion of the group. The W56 (The

Friendship Group) relied on the cohesion of the Earth contacts group because

their Universal Law required they can only operate with the consent of the

contactees which made up the group. Although not the same situation as the

W56, the Earth secret governments also harass and use advanced electronicweapons or tactics. The Secret Governments that exist on this planet rely on

encouraging emotions of hate, fear, and immorality in order to more easily

manipulate the population and gain more control over the people. They use

the manipulation of the news media, they use organized religion (as

mentioned in Mengers From Outer Space To You which the federation agents

called the evil group the ‘Conspiracy’), and other forms of media to

encourage fear and hate. In certain cases they create situations of more

focused harassment like gang stalking, the use of implants for torture, voice to

skull (to mimic mental illness and hearing voices), and other forms ofharassment.

The following 4 steps can be used for whatever form of control the evil

government is trying to use in your life whether it is simply media

manipulation to encourage fear and hate, or it is more focused electronic

harassment.

4 Steps to be freer from Evil Government Influence

Using violence is out of the question because the evil governments are farmore advanced than any average Earth human and any average Earth human

would be tortured or die if they violently challenge the evil secret

governments. This was alluded too by a federation agent in Menger’s From

Outer Space To You.

Step 1: Practice Morals in your daily life. If the majority of people on the

planet practiced morals, they would recognize the immoral intentions of the

evil governments in the media and daily life and the evil governments would

have less control over the people.

Step 2: Practice using Forgiveness. This is particularly true for people whohave to live with electronic harassment. Why use forgiveness? Forgiveness is

a good tool to use against the evil secret governments because they rely on

creating the emotions of fear and hate in order to more easily control




morals in others to weaken the corrupt government influence. Vitamins like

Vitamin C are good to protect against the low amounts of radiation of the

electronic harassment. Avoid evil people the best you can.

Step 3: Practice Moderation in Life. Do not eat too much junk food, or do too

much of any other unhealthy habits. Exercise and eat right but in moderation.

Emotional moderation is important as well. Feeling emotions is healthy of

course. But holding on to any deep seated or repressed emotions is not

healthy and is out of balance. Too much of anything is bad especially deep

seated emotions. I am not a doctor and I don't intend to diagnose or cure

anything but here is a way to get rid of deep rooted emotions. Simply release

any old sadness, fear, hate, or extreme joy by simply feeling the energy leave

your body. There should be a feeling of a weight or heaviness has been liftedoff the chest. You do not have to express the emotions just feel the energy

leave the body.

Step 4: There are very technologically advanced civilizations living

undercover within Earth society like the space friends of Adamksi and

Menger. There is also another positive force working behind the scenes. If

someone volunteers their life in service of the space friends of Adamski and

Menger and they are sincere, the space friends of Adamksi and Menger will

help them out behind the scenes. Let the more technologically advancedgroups deal with the secret governments. What we average Earth people can

do is encourage morals and forgiveness. The more people do this on the

planet the easier it is for the positive forces to do their job and take care of

the evil secret governments. If the majority of the Earth people practiced

morals and forgiveness the positive groups would openly introduce

themselves to the planet and the evil secret governments would no longer

2: The Antonio Urzi Case

Antonio Urzi is one of the most recent ufo contactees to be in the public. He

is a very brave man and it is honorable he shares his videos and his life

publicly. Urzi has captured many UFOs on his video camera. He has almost100 films. He has seen spheres as well as the typical saucer shape ufos. Many

of his films tend to be higher quality and closer than most ufo films.

He said they often come to him and sometimes his intuition is guided by the

space people (like Adamski) to see their ufos. Urzi feels a feeling of peace

coming from the ufos. Many times the UFOs show up to him as if they are

posing for him to film them.

The Urzi UFO films have been proven to be real by Jim Dilettoso, a computerexpert who has worked at The Village Labs in Arizona.in the documentary

The Urzi Case A UFO Mystery In the Skies of Italy by Pier Giorgio Caria.

The ufos he sees my opinion are a similar group to the Italian Friendship

Group that was on Earth from the 1950s - 1970's.

The Ufo’s that are filmed by Urzi are from the Galactic Federation. The real

galactic federation has nothing to do with ‘channeling’ or fake contactees

using the Galactic Federation name to spread disinformation and who claim tohave high level intelligence about the federation. The real federation will

never give out any high level information about their federation because we

are not members of their organization. The galactic federation are the space

friend organization that contacted George Adamski, Howard Menger, Buck

Nelson, Daniel Fry and was involved with the Italian Friendship Group. In the

book To Men of Earth Part 1 by Daniel Fry, there is mention of the space

friends organization which is referred to as the Federation, Confederation,

Galactic Confederation or Galactic Federation. In the book 50 Years of

Amacizia and Mass Contacts by Stefano Breccia the space friends also call

their organization the Confederation. In the book 50 Years of Amacizia,

Howard Menger's space friends are believed to the same group from the same

confederation due to the similarity of the ships and the way they taught.

Connie Menger (Howard's Wife) also wrote a chapter specifically in support

of the Friendship Group. While in Merlin, Oregon, Daniel Fry's wife took

Why use forgiveness? Forgiveness is a good tool to use against the evil secret

governments because they rely on creating the emotions of fear and hate in

order to more easily control someone. When someone uses forgiveness, they

do not hang on to the past, so they are freer from the influence of the evil

secret governments and they can more easily focus on creating a better world

by continuing to encourage morals in others to weaken the corrupt

government influence) and we can also use prayer because everything is

connected by God‘s energy as stated in Menger‘s book Threads of Light To

You.

Here is a prayer you can use:

“Infinite One Divine Creator of all, please allow all Earth people to awaken

continue to be guided by your grace to continue to serve those Earth and

Sisters who truly need their assistance so all may eventually live a life of

freedom, mutuality, and service in thy name.”

We can only use Morals, Forgiveness, and Prayer as tools against their evil.

We must not violently challenging them because we would die as alluded too
