This is an Effect Cause Effect link form the positive to a predicted negative. It uncovers the assumptions made in raising the NBR and enables most NBRs to be trimmed

The injections (the new things needed to create the solution) are normally not trivial items. The PrT is used to identify smaller logically sequenced steps to put the Injections in place.

The Transition Tree is used to recommend the actions needed to reach an IO; a step in the PrT. The backbone of the TrT describes the change that is expected as the actions are taken.
