ACTION AUCTION

Action Auction is a high profile event that attracts hundreds of prominent area leaders, business owners, Academy parents, alumni and shoppers from the Grosse Pointe and Metro Detroit communities.

Independent schools like the Academy do not receive local, state or federal funding; tuition covers only a portion of the cost of operating our school, preserving our historic campus and providing financial aid scholarships to those in need. Since 1968, Action Auction has raised more than $16 million toward the Academy’s mission to nurture, challenge and inspire its students with the highest quality programs that support academics, character development, athletics and the arts.

Held on campus, the Tracy Fieldhouse will be transformed into a beautiful event space, which will host a Wednesday silent auction cocktail party and a Saturday evening dinner, live auction and after- party with music and dancing.
