CROSS-CULTURAL Thailand’s
Communication Learning Specialists
We offer a fantastic opportunity for Thais to learn about “international” management practices; and for Ex-pats to learn Thailand-specific management skills to gain a thorough understanding of working, leading, and living in Thailand. In fact, we have pioneered in building w o r k s h o p s – a n d w o r k i n g relationships – which are truly CROSS-CULTURAL. In our workshops you will see models for creating ideal working relationships between Thais and Expatriates in the work place. Simply put, our program is not a one-way orientation for Expatriates; but rather a unique opportunity for Thais to learn as much about how to work impressively with Expatriates, as well.
Do Thai staff and managers, for example, fully appreciate and practice high enough levels of assertiveness? Do they show accountability? Do they speak up in meetings? Initiate ideas? Disagree with the boss when he or she is wrong? If they don’t do these
t h i n g s , w h a t c a n b e t h e consequences? Can you imagine the costs? All these skills are awaiting your organization’s Thai personnel at our Training Program.
To gain, though, the maximum benefit for teamwork, we strongly encourage each company to nominate Thais together with Expatriates. This pays off when both the Ex-pat and Thai return to the workplace together and can coach and support each other. Because of the potential benefit, we offer a Package Fee which favors the organization that opts to train the Ex-pat and Thai together. See details on the following page.
Do join us and benefit from the relationships and skills that will translate into better results, working sp i r i t , and benefit s for your organization.
Sincerely,
Dr. Henry HolmesFounder and Chairman, CCM
