Fr. Al Momney is a native of Windsor. Ordained in 1983 for the diocese of London, Fr. Momney has served in
parishes for 11 years in Windsor (St. Rose of Lima) and Chatham (St. Ursula's and St. Agnes). Later he studied

Novena Prayer to Ste-Anne
O Good Ste. Anne, you are a woman of incredible faith. In your life, you always trusted in God and received
the strength that you needed. So, I come before you today to ask for your intercession. When I am afraid, help
me to trust in the Lord. He invites me to fear not, but to have faith, and to venture with him into the deep
confident of the help of His grace and love.
Dear Grandmother Ste. Anne, you remind me that all things are possible with God. So, I place myself in your
arms and commend to your loving care my family members, loved ones, and all of those who I care about. May
God’s grace help me conquer my fears and grow in my faith every day. Amen.
Amen.

As a joint mission initiative with
our family of parishes, Ste. Anne,
Good Shepherd, St. Simon &
St. Jude and St-Jérôme, together
we have raised $16,115.00 for
Street Help, Windsor to give aid to
the homeless and those struggling to put food on their tables.

“As we work together with our partner parishes, we are amazed at
the generosity of all those who contributed” shared Meghan Lauzon,
a representative from the organizing committee. “We know this is a
difficult time for all of us, and we are grateful for those who could
donate to those individuals most in need. As our parishes slowly
reopen, we will not forget about those who are without the basics like
food and housing”.
Due to COVID-19, Street Help has transitioned to providing take-out
instead of their traditional sit down meals, and are finding it difficult
to keep up with the financial demands of running a take-out facility.
This donation will assist them in their efforts as they adjust the
operating model of their organization to accommodate public health
guidelines.
