Mark Your Calendar It’s never too early to plan ahead, so mark these dates down on your calendar:

Monday – July 13, 2015 11:00 am to 5:00 pm

Wednesday – July 15, 2015 11:00 am to 5:00 pm

Friday – July 17, 2015 7:00 am to 1:00 pm

Tuesday – July 21, 2015 11:00 am to 5:00 pm

Thursday – July 23, 2015 7:00 am to 1:00 pm

All students must be registered at Fall Registration. Registration paperwork will be available online at

our Richmond website beginning Wednesday, July 1st. Please make sure that all paperwork is

completed prior to registration, and both students and parents have read and signed in the appropriate

areas. More information will be available to you when the registration paperwork is posted online.

Calling All Library Books!! All library books are due to be returned to the library by Thursday, May 21. Beginning Monday, May

18, through the rest of the school year, any books or library materials that are checked out to any

student must be kept at school. Any books that are lost or damaged must be replaced. Bills for lost or

damaged items will be mailed home during the week of May 26-29. If you receive a bill and find the

books, please just return the books and disregard the bill. If you pay for books and later find them, a

refund will be issued. All eighth grade students must have all library books returned or paid for

before graduation. Please clean out those desks, check at home and return all books by May 21.

writing activities. This exciting experience is available for all 2015-16 students entering JK – 8th

grade at Richmond School.

CHECKOUT SUMMER READING FUN!!!

Summer checkout is available again this year. Five books may be checked out per

student for summer reading. Only students who have all of their library books and

materials returned and have returned a signed permission slip will be allowed to check

books out for the summer. Any outstanding bills for damaged or lost books must be paid

before summer checkout will be allowed. Checkout will be on June 10th and 11th. ALL

BOOKS WILL BE DUE ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2015. Please see the permission slip for
