Heile, Appairent Slide 1 doc.: IEEE 802.15- 03/056r0 Submiss ion TG3a Project Timeline • Jan03 Session #22 – Complete TRD, Selection Criteria Doc, and Downselect Procedure Doc • Mar03 Session #23 – Proposals should be heard, criteria doc amended as needed • May03 Session #24 – Second round of proposals heard – We should spend part of this session discussing proposals presented, answering technical questions/concerns (i.e. put the diehard engineers in a room and let them verbally duke it out). – Spend time on conference calls discussing proposals to let everyone get comfortable (before and after this session). – Criteria doc amended as needed • Jul03 Session #25 – Final round of presentations. Voting must occur here --start drafting process. • Sep03 Session #26 – proposals for draft improvements should be entertained at this time (i.e. now that we know the realm of the game, let the games begin) • Nov03 Session #27 – complete drafting process…seek approval to go to WG Letter Ballot
