Also, it can be seen to symbolise the life Freemans characterticking away.

Pitts character is shownwalking into people and comes across as quite arrogant. However, Freemanscharacter presents himself as knowing the area well and avoiding people. For example, Freeman speaks very professionally which suggests he ishard-working, whereas Pitts character appears very rude and arrogant andwould only do things his own way.
