Postgraduate Course on Social and Ecological Market Economy

(Program Pelatihan Ekonomi Pasar Sosial)

Preliminary

Development is essentially a human form and

independent individuals and are able to

actualize themselves over potential optimally.

This is to achieve social welfare through the

achievement of a just prosperity. As a

prerequisite of democracy the important thing

is to realize a just social welfare.

Success is the development of prosperity,

which is based on the quality of construction,

there are three main foundation of

development: growth, stability, and efficiency.

The first foundation, growth is the supply side

where continuity is determined by three main

factors: capital, labor, and technology. These

three factors that govern the operations of

production, this activity involves: small,

medium, or large. establishment of a

cooperative activity, private or state-owned

enterprises. The actor forms of activities can

be grouped in the traditional sector and the

modern sector and the formal and informal

sectors.

The second cornerstone is economic stability.

The importance of economic stability in the

sustainable development is emphasized more

on security and stability. Factors that affect the

economic stability generally exist on the

demand side, such as: private consumption,

investment, government spending, exports

and imports; that interact via the exchange

rate variables, interest rates and price levels.

Elements and these variables may affect each

other in a relatively quick period of time. For

that demand to be treated on the balance of

short-term perspective.

Pendahuluan

Pembangunan pada hakekatnya membentuk

manusia dan individu-individu yang mandiri

dan mampu mengaktualisasikan dirinya atas

potensi yang dimiliki secara optimal. Hal ini

untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan sosial

melalui tercapainya kemakmuran yang

berkeadilan. Sebagai prasyarat demokrasi

yang terpenting adalah mewujudkan

kesejahteraan sosial yang berkeadilan.

Keberhasilan pembangunan adalah

kemakmuran yang bertumpu pada kualitas

pembangunan, terdapat tiga landasan utama

pembangunan berupa: pertumbuhan,

stabilitas, dan efisiensi. Landasan pertama,

pertumbuhan merupakan sisi penawaran

dimana keberlangsungannya ditentukan oleh

tiga faktor utama, yaitu: modal, tenaga kerja,

dan teknologi. Ketiga faktor ini yang

menggerakkan kegiatan produksi, kegiatan ini

melibatkan; pengusaha kecil, menengah,

maupun besar. bentuk usaha dari kegiatan

tersebut berupa koperasi, swasta, ataupun

badan usaha milik negara. Yang menjadi aktor

bentuk kegiatan tersebut dapat

dikelompokkan pada sektor tradisional dan

sektor modern maupun sektor informal dan

formal.

Landasan kedua adalah stabilitas ekonomi.

Pentingnya stabilitas ekonomi dalam

pembangunan yang berkesinambungan

ditekankan lebih pada stabilitas keamanan.

Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi stabilitas

ekonomi umumnya ada pada sisi permintaan,

berupa: konsumsi privat, investasi,

pengeluaran pemerintah, ekspor dan impor;

yang saling berinteraksi melalui variabel-

variabel nilai tukar, suku bunga, dan tingkat

harga. Unsur-unsur maupun variabel-variabel

tersebut dapat saling mempengaruhi pada

kurun waktu yang relatif cepat. Untuk itu

permintaan diperlakukan pada perspektif

keseimbangan jangka pendek.

The third runway is efficiency, efficiency in the

more comprehensive understanding is needed

in addressing the economic forms which are

being debated today is the social market

economy. Form of dissemination is focused on

understanding the agent of change or agent of

development in order to ignorance and

stupidity can be eliminated through further

training of the social market economy is right

on target training.

Landasan ketiga adalah efisiensi, efisiensi

dalam ekonomi ada pada sisi input dalam

proses antara permintaan dan penawaran

dimana proses input ini yang menentukan

apakah interaksi antara penawaran dan

permintaan berlangsung secara optimal.

penawaran akan menjadi kuat apabila

didasarkan pada pola keunggulan komparatif

sehingga memungkinkan alokasi sumber daya

yang efisien. Sedangkan permintaan menjadi

kekuatan yang dinamis dan fleksibel terhadap

perubahan-perubahan yang berasal dari

lingkungan internal maupun eksternal bisa

berupa daya beli (rumah tangga, pemerintah

ataupun internasional berupa aktivitas

ekspor dan impor).

Keberhasilan tiga landasan tersebut

membutuhkan peran negara yang kuat untuk

menunjang kemakmuran yang dicirikan oleh

beberapa aspek diantaranya kebebasan

individu (freedom), ketertiban sosial (social

order), dan pemerataan (equity). Kekuatan

ekonomi yang di bangun oleh suatu negara

akan membawa pada kemakmuran dimana

kepentingan individu sejalan dengan

kepentingan masyarakat suatu negara secara

luas. Kebijakan pemerintah atau negara selalu

mengedepankan pada kepentingan

masyarakat atau sosial. Atas dasar itulah

diperlukan pemahaman yang lebih

komprehensif di dalam menyikapi bentuk

ekonomi yang sedang diperdebatkan saat ini

yaitu ekonomi pasar sosial. Bentuk

penyebarluasan pemahaman tersebut tertuju

pada agent of change atau agent of

development supaya ketidaktahuan dan

kebodohan dapat tereliminasi melalui

pelatihan lanjutan tentang ekonomi pasar

sosial pada sasaran pelatihan yang tepat.

respective institutions in areas.

RULES OF CONDUCT

1. On Workshop Program, the Committee only

provides Airfare on economy fare, local

transportation of maximum Rp. 230.000,-,

room accommodation, breakfast, lunch,

dinner, and training kit for participant; any

extra payment for meals, drinks, laundry,

health treatment and other services in the

hotel will be on participant’s own account

and paid directly to hotel cashier.

2. Hotel accommodation is provided only for registered participant;

Yogyakarta, Sunday, September 2, 2018 at

14.00 WIB and Check out time: Thursday,

September 6, 2018, before 12.00 WIB.

When you check out, hand the room key over

to the hotel receptionist.

4. To be present in the classroom 5 minutes

before every session commences.

5. Sign the list of participants on the first day of

workshop.

6. All mobile phones must be switched off

during the class.

7. NO SMOKING in the classroom.

8. Prohibited to leave the venue (hotel) before

all programs of the day concerned

completed, including participants

next morning; exemption is available under

a special circumstance only but by permission

9. Participant who wants to leave hotel after

will result in termination of his/her

participation in the course; such a

termination will be officially reported to

the employer of the participant concerned.
