Terex can work with you to ensure that you receive the correct training for the correct after sales support personnel.

By understanding your after sales network, the machine types and populations that you currently look after, Terex can make recommendations as to what type and level of training is required by your personnel.

We can also define and implement tailored training schedules that maximises resource availability as far as practically possible.

The effectiveness of providing the correct training to the correct people will improve motivation, build confidence in personal decisions and actions, and assures safe working practices and procedures.

In-Country Logistical Assistance;Travel and hotel arrangements are the responsibility of the customer. However, Terex Construction will be happy to assist with in-country logistical assistance e.g. airport transfer transport, hotel reservations etc. Please indicate if you require this type of assistance on your application or contact the relevant training specialist for further assistance.

Customers will be responsible for all their accommodation costs when attending a Terex training course.

Pre-requisite Equipment;Please ensure that you are equipped with the mandatory pre-requisite equipment that is necessary for you to complete the required training. Some training courses mandate that you should be equipped with asuitable laptop with a specification that will enable you to interact with the machine systems. General InformationSafety; The safety of Team Members, Visitors and Contractors is the number one priority of Terex Construction and your co-operation is required to ensure we uphold these safety standards and that you have a safe and incident free visit to a Terex training facility. All Terex training facilities are fully equipped to provide you with first hand exposure to products and their major components. You will be required to participate in machine interaction and workshop activities as part of your training and evaluation. Therefore we advise that all participants must bring suitable safety footwear with them. All other personal protection equipment (PPE) will be supplied by Terex Construction e.g. eye protection, ear protection against noise, head protection when working below machines and coveralls / overalls..

Cancellations; Any person scheduled to attend a Terex Training Centre or a Training Partner facility for training must agree to the training booking terms and conditions. Terex requests notification of any nonattendance to be communicated to them no later than 10(ten) days prior to the start of the training course. Failure to issue notification of any non-attendance will result in the training charge (if applicable) being invoiced, in full, to their company. Any non-appearance with no notification will result in the training charge (if applicable), the ground transport costs and 1 (one) night’s hotel room rate being charged to their company, if reserved via Terex. The hotel room rate will be the full rate and not at any Terex discounted rates.

Terex understands that unforeseen circumstances can still arise after the 10 (ten) day deadline and these will be considered on a case by case basis e.g. illness or compassionate reasons. In all cases Terex must be immediately informed of any actual or potential non-attendance.

Terex will accept a request to revise the attendees name on a training course, without changing the number of attendees, no later than 7 (seven) days prior to the beginning of the start of the training.

Terex offer ground transport and hotel reservation assistance upon request. Where ground transport and hotel reservations have beenrequested, the stakeholder shall provide Terex with their defined arrival and departure schedule no later than 7 (seven) days prior to the start date of the training. Terex reserves the right to cancel any logistical assistance if the required information is not received within this time limit.

All the above notifications must be communicated via the Regional Terex After Sales Representative and the Terex Training Specialist.

!! Delegates may be excluded from workshop & machine activities if they fail to

bring suitable safety footwear. This will restrict the ability of the Terex trainer to

evaluate and qualify an individual !!

Special Requirements; Terex Construction is a global organisation and it is important that we provide services that are specific to our customers specific regional and cultural needs. Please discuss all language, cultural support and dietary needs in advance of any training application with the relevant training specialist.

Timing and Fees; Training courses generally begin at 09.00 and conclude at 16.00 on each training day. However, timings can be tailored for group requests. Some Terex training course are chargeable and payment is required prior to training commencement.
