As part of the business discovery process, an ITSS senior business consultant will study the following:1. Payment product setup 2. Complete review of all incoming and outgoing payments 3. SWIFT configuration and requirement4. Standing order, DD, Cheque Clearing etc. will be studied and BSDD will be prepared5. Understanding STP flow if any6. Fees and Charges setup will be reviewed7. Detailed study on local clearing will be done8. Payment processes will be studied and captured in BSDD 9. Corporate payment needs will be reviewed (bulk processing etc.)10. All the BRD´s and FSD´s will be reviewed which are related to payments

As a first step the existing business scenarios and all local source codes available in the Production area will be identified with their functional purpose by the ITSS Team.

The codes extracted and classified will be reviewed for further classification to be identified under the following categories :

a) Version Routinesb) Report/Enquiry Routinesc) Local tables and applicationsd) Batch Routinese) Special routines (charges, fees, commission calculation)f) Interface routines

In addition to categorizing the routines, the summary and details of these codes will be explained regarding the reason for their development and use under different Payments scenarios. This explanation will form the base of the analysis by the corresponding expertise ITSS Business consultants to start the matching process against the available functionalities in Temenos Payments HUB (TPH)

This stage uses the results of the scoping exercise which will be used for decision making on further actions. This stage can result into various outcomes.

• All the local codes and existing functionality will find a complete suitable functionality under the TPH Product Configuration

• All the local codes and existing functionality will find a partial suitable functionality under the TPH Product Configuration

• None of the local code developments matches the standard core TPH functionalities

Each of the above situations needs to be evaluated by the bank and ITSS from the business operations execution process. Based on this evaluation the next steps and actions will be defined.

Continuation

DISCOVERY DOCUMENTThis is the final stage of the analysis phase where the future actions will be decided based on the evaluation results, and taken collectively by ITSS Team and the bank.The decisions can be any of these:

• If any local code is partially fulfilled by core functionality, then the remaining portion can be developed by ITSS in TPH.

• If the local codes completely match TPH product features, then ITSS can support their implementation.

• If any local codes used in the legacy solution are not supported by TPH, then the existing codes will be checked by ITSS for TPH and modified as needed or develop new coding for TPH.

The above cases may not be inclusive scenarios. The Bank and the ITSS teams will assess and decide the best way forward considering the impact on time and cost.

A Discovery Document sign off will be required to proceed with future actions.

• ITSS team will develop necessary API´s for 3rd party systems to post transactions in TPH
