SCALABILITY Users, groups, departments, sites and services can be added live, on 30 day contracts. This allows you to easily scale users up and down and only pay for the services as you use them without having to commit to a certain capacity in advance.

SELF MANAGEMENT The ability to administer Moves, Adds and Changes in real-time is critical in lowering the total cost of ownership of any technology platform. Our secure web portal provides a real-time view of the user resource across the system and easily manages Moves, Adds and Changes (MACs).

CLOUD TELEPHONY If you conduct business from multiple locations, there are advantages in deploying one virtual PABX across all sites, mobile and home workers. Our system offers independence of location, size and device.

UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS Modern telephony has the ability to integrate different communications technologies across various user devices. Instant messaging, presence, voice, video, media sharing, email and voicemail can all be combined into a single unified system.

COMPUTER TELEPHONY INTEGRATION Our system includes optional software for PC or Mac desktops. The software suite includes capabilities for call control and management, MS Outlook and CRM integration and Call Centre functionality.
