past 2 years. She and her staff have a combined 75 years experience in the

telecommunications market. Her department successfully completed and manages 34 new

construction projects for customers throughout the United States. Additionally, there are 47 new projects being processed.

• Establish main number and fax

• Set up a meeting with the General Contractor and the Field Engineer – keep in contact to make sure things are progressing on time. • Request pricing for Voice Services, Data Services, Cable TV, Guestroom Wi-Fi Support, PBX, Guestroom Phones, Security DVR, Cabling. We also order services and manage install. • Set up monthly/weekly calls with all parties to make sure things are moving along smoothly.

• Make sure phone room is complete for services to be installed.

• Work with PMS Interface Company

• Work with carriers to make sure all services are installed and working before hotel or business opening. • Verify invoices are billing correctly as per contracts.
