BAPTISM: A registration form is available at the Parish Office. A baptism preparation session is required if it is the first baby. Baptisms are held twice per month.

MARRIAGE: The church requires one year's notice for planning a marriage. Also required is a marriage preparation course which can be arranged through the parish.

ANOINTING Of THE SICK: If you are to be hospitalized for a serious operation, please come to the parish to be anointed by one of the priests.

Pastor’s Message: The Needs of The Holy Land

Dear Parishioners,

I hope you are doing well currently as we are gearing up for opening of schools and some businesses after prolonged ordeal of isolation. This is an unusual time and even though it is a long weekend, it does not feel anything like that. The whole life cycle was disrupted, from family contacts to family vacations. The church celebrations were greatly affected with the shutdown. We are slowly recovering from this phase. Our special collections were cancelled, but the Holy Father is calling us to respond to the need of the church in Holy Land through the Pontifical Collection to be taken next Sunday September 13th, 2020. This day was chosen as it is a day before the feast of the Exaltation of the Cross. This feast celebrates Christ’s saving work and reminds us of the holy places; particularly the church of Holy Sepulchre- the most profound sacred place and primary pilgrimage destination for all Christians. The annual Holy Land collection (usually taken on Good Friday) not only helps to maintain churches and shrines in Holy land but, above all, helps to support the pastoral welfare, education and social works that the Church undertakes for the endangered Christian population. The Holy Father invites us to be in solidarity with the Church and Christians of the Holy Land. Please use the Good Friday envelope in your donation box (April 10, 2020) or you can use any envelope with indication “Holy Land”.

Of course, we will be challenged with an invitation to support ShareLife as that Charity supports many needy causes and agencies in our communities. Thanks again for your generosity. Online Support Group New Beginnings, is a ministry dedicated to assisting those who have suffered a loss through, separation, divorce
