Predominately 310UC, 610CHS, 508CHS, 250x12.5CHS, 400x200x10RHS and 400x300x12.5RHS columns; predominately 460UB, 530UB, 310UB and 610UB with selected 800WB146, 900WB257 and 1200WB317 and 610WB141 custom welded I-beam floor beams many of which with services cut-outs in the web; and 200PFC fire stair stringers. The west (not pictured) contained a level 7 and 8 fitness corner with a quadrant radial profile extension off Sussex Street with fabricated box 265x80x10mm columns. Total Mass: 480plus Tonnes. Paint: Abrasive blast clean to class 2.5 and apply 75um Inorganic zinc silicate to internal steel most of which was painted over by others with intumescent paint. External exposed steel was prepared via Abrasive blast cleaning to class 2.5 and painted with 75um Inorganic zinc silicate plus 100um Epoxy MIO plus 100um Polyurethane. Erection Program: Commenced June 06 with a completion in Oct 06. Sequence and progress highly influence via tower crane availability and concrete lift wall progress. Quality Assurance: Complete issue of ITP's tracking both material mill certificates, NDT's of welds, welder qualifications, dimensional checks, surface preparation checks, record of paint used, paint thickness and application ambient conditions.
