VJTI: VJTI, a premier technological institute has for years produced
not only great engineers but also innumerable personalities .One of the best colleges in the country for the past 125 years ,
it is a brand in itself.
OUR VISION:To establish global leadership in the field of technology and develop
competent human resources for providing service to society
TECHNOVANZA:
Technovanza is the annual techno management festival of VJTI.
From modest beginnings as one of the first technical events in the city, Technovanza has grown over the last 11 years to become one ofthe popular and awaited techno-management events in the country.
Reaching out to students, industry and society in general, Technovanza 2012 promises to become bigger than ever.
Technovanza 12 would be held on 3rd,4th and 5th of February .The theme of this year is "CURIOSITY TO CREATION".
PROPOSAL TO INORBIT MALL,VASHI:
We have a host of events and exhibits ranging from robotics to civil, information technology to management and likewise.
As part of our festival we showcase some of our events in malls around
Mumbai . Last year also we were associated with malls like High Street Phoenix and Nirmal Lifestyles . The response was awesome and media coverage was great.
This year too we are planning to continue the tradition.So we wanted to
arrange a one day event in your mall – INORBIT,VASHI . Having evolved into a brand in itself,we wish to associate with your organization this year as we strive for excellence.
The probable dates for arranging the event are 22nd,26th and 29th of January.We'll have about 25 to 30 students from our college coming around in the mall for arranging the set up of our events , explaining the people around about our festival and help them to understand our events and play the events displayed.The arrangements of all the events would be done by our students .There would be one backdrop from our side of 8*8 feet displaying our events as shown in the figure in the next slides . No sponsors would be displayed by us while performing our event in the mall. Also there is total assurance from our side that none of your customers and officials would be harassed by us.

PROBABLE EVENTS:The probable events we want to showcase in your mall are:
1)Techno Tennis
2)Rubix Cube Art
3)Air Hockey
4)IC Engine
TECHNO TENNISThis is similar to the Tennis sport . The bots play the game rather than humans . The bots are remote controlled . This would attract people in particular children as it would be a completely different experience for them and can enjoy playing the game through bots. The bots and the arena would be made by us .The extensions would also be brought from our side.We would require a space of about 6*6 feet for this event and also power supply.
RUBIX CUBE ARTFollowing the last two years tremendous success Technovanza in association with World Cube Association(WCA) will stage one of the largest cubing event/competition in the country.
Last year we made a large structure of Sachin Tendulkar using 1500 Rubix Cubes at High Street Phoenix which became very popular and received huge media attraction .We also made a map of India using cubes at Nirmal Lifestyles which also became popular.
This year also we are planning to continue our last year’s success and creating a huge structure of an eminent personality or a famous location using a large number of Rubix Cubes.
We would require space of about 8*6 feet for displaying this event.

AIR HOCKEY
Its a fun event in which people can play the game of Air Hockey using robots . The bots are remote controlled.This event would also attract a lot of people, in particular children as it would be a completely different experience for them and can enjoy playing the game through botsThe bots and the arena would be made by us .The extensions would also be brought from our side.We would require a space of about 6*6 feet for this event and also power supply.
IC ENGINE
Here we design a wireless remote controlled car powered by an IC engine ,i.e. a car which runs on fuel.The car would be made by us.It would be convenient if you could provide us a certain space where we could run our IC engine car for a duration of about 10 to 15 minutes with safety precautions provided by you.
In total , these our are requirements:
Space of 30*30 feet at the prime location,Microphone and a sound system,Power Supply.
What you would get in return :
Having evolved into a brand by itself , we wish to associate with your organization this year as we strive for excellence . Your association with Technovanza and VJTI will not only be symbiotic but also immensely beneficial to you . Branding would be given to you. We would enlist you as our location partner and include your name in our brochure .We would also put up your mall’s logo in our souvenir(which would go to all our sponsors and alumni).
Your name would appear along with our sponsors during the three days and also in our website www.technovanza.org .
You could also put up a banner of 5*3 of your organization during the festival and also it would be a great opportunity for your organization to reach out to almost 5000 students of VJTI college and also its alumni and sponsors.
