Orgaware that might come forward to help and share the ideas, sorrows andhappiness f disablepersons.Orgawareplays a vital role to develop and establishthem like a normal person.There are lot of essential lementsbut orgaware s mosteffective ntegrants hat can make the dreams ruth of a disablepersons.Orgarvaresa place where a disable person can shorv their capabi l i ty, ski l l , knowledge,expertise, xperience tc and ensure heir strongposition n th e organizationeasily.There are many organizationsan d associations n where the disable person ca neasily get any yp e of related nformation and some of them are working for theireducation raining,employmentan d relatedother activities hat can help themselvesin today and in future. The amount or quantity of this type of organization isincreasing han past.Various orgaware ike educationa l nstitute, hospital, rainingcenters,Bank, NGOs, company, research nstitutions,media etc, can play a vitalrole to overcome his situation.Here, both governmentand private sector shouldinvolve mutual lyenhancing he development. he orgaware an play the fol lowingroles o disables-The du cational nstitutionsca n educate he disablepeople,so, thatthey can cope with the other people and world. Different organizations andcompanies an provide ob facilities for them. The facil i t ies may be quota system,transportationamenity, training program, supportive activit ies etc. The traininginstitutescan train the disable people to increase heir skill and competitiveness.NGO, bank and other governmentorganizations an provide loan and createscopeto work for them .Hospitalca n assimilatewith research nstitutions o invent newtechnology, equipment and medicine to eradicate heir disablement . Media cancreatepublic consciousness nd aiso can concern the authority about the disablepeopleby continuousand masspublicity. The governmentan d other organizationcan reward the disable persons who act any development oriented work as anacceptance f their work to motivate hem. So, Orgawarecan help MDGs to achievethe goals.Disablepeopleneed he perfectorganization ystem or development. t ispossible i f governments ike Ministry of social welfare and internationalorganizationsike Economicand socialcommission or Asia and hePacif icandUNhelp them .The orgawarecan make easier heir work. So , MDGs needs o achieveproper orgaware for doing their work. There are about 70 NGO's working fordisable people in our country. Such as; like national forum of organizationsworking with the disable(NFOWD),Action Aid Bangladesh ManusherJonno,CRP-Centre for the rehabil i tation for the paralysed (CRP) , CDD, VARC,Handicraftdisable,PPKS and Sweet Bangladesh tc. Educational nst i tut ion ikeCRP (Bangladesh ealth Professionsnsti tute BIIPI)) at Savar,Dhaka, Hospitaland Organizatior Vcompany.orv Bangladeshqovernmenthas decided o reserve 0percentgovernmentobs and two seats n every passenger us for disable people.Bangladesh overnment hould establ ish or disablepersons.Here those disablepersonca n ge t ob in that orgaware.No t only governmentbut also NGOs, privateorganizations, nd individuals should come to help them. Orgaware are needed oachieve he MDGs to bring disablepeople o mainstream or development.

Al l four components f technologyare complementary o one anotherandrequiredsimultaneous ffort to cope or disablepeople o achieveMDGs. The abovementioned efforts may be included of the regional mid-point review of th eimplementation of the Biwako Millennium framework for action towards aninclusive,barrier*freeand right basedsociety for personswith disabilities n Asiaand the Pacific (BMF) at a high -level intergovernmentalmeeting to be held in
