With the objective of providing total solution in the area of fl uid dispensing and UV curing, Technodigm focus on research and development to build high quality standard platforms to serve customers in various industries. These standard platforms enable users to concentrate on process and product development, and relieve them from fi nding solutions for complex dispensing and UV curing processes.

Technodigm works with industry material suppliers to better understand material characteristics and application requirement. This provides us with good knowledge and experience to create dispensing platforms that are not only user-friendly, but are also able to handle a wide range of materials with different properties and characteristics. Further research into latest UV technologies enables us to develop effective and powerful UV curing systems to cater to applications that require fast curing to achieve process optimization.

Our dispensing equipment ranges from simple table-top dispensing controllers to fully integrated robotic systems. Each system is designed to meet customer’s requirement on volumetric consistency, high throughput, low maintenance, and with a reasonable cost. We provide not only table top models and stand-alone systems, but also fully integrated in-line platforms.

Our UV curing equipment caters primarily to processes that require curing of UV adhesives. Due to the fast curing characteristic of UV adhesive, it has become the preferred material for processes that require fast curing, either for achieving quick fi xing of positions, or to achieve high throughput. To cater to different product and process nature, we provide 3 key types of UV equipment; the spot, fl ood as well as conveyorized curing system.

With the above range of products, we aspire to be one of the very few companies in this industry to be able to provide total solutions to our customers involved in fl uid handling processes.

Liquid Dispenser AD2000The AD2000 is a versatile automatic liquid dispenser which is perfectly suited for dispensing a wide variety of materials. From minute dots of grease to larger volumes of potting materials and silicones, the AD2000 is able to accurately dispense the desired amount of material. Positive Displacement Pump PDP1000PDP1030/PDP1010 is designed to be different from other dispensers. It utilized direct drive mechanism to deliver precise amount of epoxy air free. It can be used on any type of epoxy/adhesive that is package in standard 30 and 10cc industrial barrel. It is especially useful for volumetric dispensing of short pot life material because no moving parties in contact with the epoxy/adhesive. This ensures that no material will be dried or cured within the equipment. Therefore it requires little or no maintenance.PDP1030/PDP1010 is a truth volumetric dispenser because it dispenses the exact volume of programmed epoxy/adhesive. It is not infl uenced by the change in viscosity nor is it infl uenced by any air pressure change. Built in features ensure that there will be no dripping or drooling of material after dispensed.Designed to be mounted on dispensing robots, it comes with an easy use and features packed controller, PDP1000. Peristaltic Pump Dispenser PP1000The PP1000 Peristaltic Pump Dispenser is perfectly suited to dispense low viscosity materials such as cyanoacrylate glue, UV adhesives, alkalines, acids, oils and solvents. The system works by applying a controlled positive pressure on the tube carrying the material. No air pressure is required as the pressure to push out the material is supplied by a turning rotor.

Programmable Digital Dispenser PD4000Dispensers typically have some diffi culty with maintaining a consistence dispensed volume over the entire syringe of material. Generally the dispensed volume drops as the volume of material decreases in a syringe. How serious a problem depends on factors like viscosity, dispensed volume, needle sizes etc. PD4000 is designed with feedback mechanisms that allow it to automatically compensate to rectify the reduction in dispensed volume. It is simple to use and does not require any special setting or other inputs. For material that changes viscosity over time, there is a feature that allows user to program pressure changes over time. Memory functions allow the saving of up to 4 of such program. This function is most suitable for two component materials.

Snuff Back ValveSBV100 is a snuff back valve. The action of this valve is such that on the retraction of the piston, a “negative pressure” is created to “pull back” the material so as to achieve a quick cut off and or prevent dripping of material. Precision Piston Valve andController NV300 & NVC3000NV300 is a dedicated valve designed for small volume dispensing applications. It can be used for dots, lines, potting or any applications that requires good volume precision. It has a good positive shut off that also enables it to dispense without dripping. Maintenance is relatively easy and all wetted parts are made of stainless steel. NV300 works with a controller, NVC3000. Gantry Robots GR3000GR3000, Gantry Dispensing Robot comes with servo controlled ball screw driven by servo motors. With a resolution of less than 2μm per axis, it is designed for precision dispensing, very good accuracy and repeatability. The PC based software comes with an interface that allows easy programming and editing. Design with fl exibility to be used with many different types of dispensing systems, these Gantry Dispensing Robots will meet most demanding applications. Optional Fiducial and needles calibration are also available.

UV Spot Curing UVSPOTUVSPOT is designed for operations that require fl exibility, high performance/very high intensity and reliability. Its optics/UV was engineered for maximum effi ciency in the delivery of UV energy through a light guide. Its design also ensures that not much heat will be transmitted. UV Spot has a lamp life expectancy of 2000hrs and a maximum intensity of 13,000mW/cm². Maintenance free and with slow degradation, it will have low lamp replacement rate. This results in good productivity and reliability in the production process.

Features• Long Lamp Life of 2000hrs The system is designed with an optimized cooling system and an effi cient optics design. This enables the lamp

to be cooled and maintain at a proper temperature for best performance. Degradation of the lamp is slow and gradual and even at 2000hrs signifi cant intensity can still be obtained from the lamp.

• Cool Light Output UV Spot has a specially designed IR fi lter that helps to cut off high percentage of IR from transmitting through the

light guide.• Timer Controlled Shutter UV Spot has a programmable shutter for user to vary or set a certain intensity value. This setting can be easily done

UV Point UVPUV Spot Curing system is a high performance compact light curing system. Maintenance free, it incorporates an ozone-free long life lamp and a highly effi cient refl ector for maximum output. The system is designed for convenience of use with any curing process as it is highly portable it is also suitable for use with conveyors.

Features• Long Lamp Life The lamp housing is designed to optimize airfl ow so that there is proper and adequate cooling of the lamp. This will

prevent hot spots and arc sputtering thus helping to maintain good life span for the lamp. The lamp is also designed with does not degrade sharply over time.

• Cool Light Output UV Point comes with a diachronic coated mirror, which refl ects only the usable UV wavelengths of light through the

light guide. IR, which is the main cause of heat, is thus minimized. This ensures that curing will be as cool as possible. Combined with an optional inline fi lter, heat transmitted to the substrate/material can be cut even further. This compares favorably to units in this class, which only uses inline fi lter thus resulting in high IR being transmitted.

UV Bench Top Conveyor UV6UV6 is a bench top or stand mounted light curing system, designed for laboratory or high volume production applications.
