15 Meter Mix Dispensing System Meter Mix Dispensing Systems provide the most accurate and convenient way to mix and dispense 2-part materials like polyurethane, epoxies and silicone. From a table top gravity fed system to fully automated in-line systems, TechnoDigm has a Meter-Mix Dispensing System to suit your application needs. Two-part materials consist of a “Resin” component and a “Hardener” component. When combined in the correct ratio, the mixture will begin to cure, with some materials curing in as short as 10 minutes. This short curing time makes it difficult to manually mix large quantities of material at a single go without wastage. Meter Mix dispensing systems keep the resin and hardener separated and only combine them at the very end in the disposable static mixers. Keeping them separated throughout the storing and dosing process ensures that minimal material is wasted as only the required amount of material is mixed and dispensed. DC50P is a pneumatic equipment that comes with a simple control box for the operator to start and stop the dispense cycle. Alternatively, DC50P can be configured with AD2000 to provide automatic dispensing capability. The system can also be configured with TechnoDigm’s Dispensing Robots for automated applications.
