La Manufacture de France

In 1940, a few years after their arrival from Italy, François Colombo and his two eldest sons, Gino and Tino, found-ed SEAE. It is by following the tech-nological evolution that the company discovered the electric welding with the stick, a revolution for a blacksmith. Then the fluorescent lighting opened the way to the mass industry. SEAE entered in general lighting, grew and exported, it’s the 70’s and 80’s. At the dawn of the 2010s the mass industrial model was no longer sustainable, a new technology came out : LED. It was time to re-invent the model so the family sold the activity of production of fluorescent lighting in 2013 .

In 2016, Corinne and Frédéric Colom-bo, Tino’s grandchildren founded La Manufacture de France SAS. The goal? Perpetuate the family tradition in a sustainable model in France, allowing to maintain a local manufacture. The shareholding remains 100% family. A

workshop was created in the outskirts of Toulouse where digital machines and craft techniques are working together, a fascinating program!

The model changed but the profes-sion continues, The Manufacture de France is specialized in the design and manufacture of very specific lumi-naires: art chandelier under the mark of MAELIS and cleanroom luminaires with ISOONE, because technique is never far from art.

THE STORY

RADIUM by SEAE.

ISOONE is a trademark of La Manu-facture de France SAS, specialized in the design and manufacture of clean room lighting systems.

The choice of the ultra-cleanliness area was quite natural, forty years ago we designed, at the time of SEAE, the first luminaires for illu-minating cleanrooms, the famous BATDX.

BATDX by SEAE, the first cleanroom luminaire. 1980.

Later we created Radium and Iridi-um, the best runners in cleanroom lighting ... Over the years, we have learned to master the constraints to illuminate these so specific spaces. Light sources have evolved, power systems and the needs related to contamination control too. In order to continue innovating in the field of cleanroom lighting, we felt it was es-sential to focus on it, this is the pur-pose of ISOONE, created to meet the specifics needs of ultra-clean environments users.It is therefore with knowledge and with our sensibility of lighting designer that we want to create the luminaires of the future, to illuminate the industries of the future. So our products qualities give add-ed value to those of our customers.

ISOONE, The most innovating brand in cleanroom lighting. With its innovative and adapted products, ISOONE naturally stands out as THE reference brand in the field of cleanroom lighting. This is evidenced by the number of users who have already validated and used our products in France and abroad where 40% of the production is exported since our founding date in 2016. At this date the main projects where ISOONE luminaires have been selected are (in progress or ended) : Laboratorios CALIER - Spain (Salmonella vaccine), ISREC - Switzerland (cancer research), BOERHINGER Respimat - Spain (Bronchodilator), GRIFOLS Dublin - Ireland (purification plant for the protein albumin), Instectarium de L’UNIVERSITÉ DE STRASBOURG - France, SAINT-GOBAIN - Mexico (securit glass). Many other customers have already choosed our fixtures fer new or revamping installations :

Clamping frame in white lacquered steel, classifi ed Qualicoat class 1. 2mm alumini-um, red lacquered top cover, to be easily identifi able in the plenum space. LED MODULESZagha mid-power LED module, fi xed on a 2mm thickness aluminium plate for a better thermal management. 3 SDCM colour space, IRC above 85. Estimated lifetime L80B10 at 50.000h.

OPTICS- TRPC/30 : narrow spot optic (30º) applied directly on the pcb, clear polycarbonate diffuser- TRPC/60 : medium spot optic (60º) applied directly on the pcb, clear polycarbonate dif-fuser- OPPC : opal plate in PC. High mechanical resistance.- OPMI : opal plate in PMMA of high light transmission , perspex difuse 80. High chemical resistance.- MPPC : prismatic plate with diamond-like structure to reduce glare. UGR below 19.- MPVR : tempered laminated glass and internal micro-prism diffuser to reduce glare to achieve UGRs below 19. Excellent resistance to hydrogen peroxide.

CONTAMINATION CONTROLThe reduced level of retention and emission of particles obtained on this range of products allows their use in cleanrooms classifi ed up to ISO 3.A set of technical seals ensures the sealing, avoids the proliferation of bacteria and reduces the gas exchanges.

WEIGHT RESISTANCELuminaires designed and tested to resist the application of a mass of 100 Kg on the top cover corresponding to an accidental support of a person on the luminaire in the walkable plenum space.

H2O2 RESISTANCEComponents that can come into contact with hydrogen peroxide during the decontamina-tion process were tested by cyclic, direct and prolonged contact with a 35% H2O2 solution, see resistance in the table of references.

POWER SUPPLYLuminaires equipped with European branded full-fl ow electronic power supplies (EPF). Rat-ed voltage 240 V. DALI dimming (GDA) available as an option. Access to the equipment from above and below the fi xture.

TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITYReference ambient temperature: 20ºC. Operating temperature range: 5 to 25ºC (the tem-perature affects the lifetime of the LEDs).For environments with a moisture content of more than 70%, we recommend the use of laquered INOX 304 for the body, as an option.

MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION0,8mm thickness steel body, white lacquered with white polyester, classifi ed Qualicoat class 1 and GSB. Lower frame in extruded aluminium lacquered white, screwed on the body of the luminaire by 4 stainless steel screws. Internal 2mm plate designed to improve heat dissipa-tion.

LED MODULESVery high effi ciency LED circuits (> 180 Lm / W) of European brand, screwed on a 2mm thick aluminium plate ensuring optimal dissipation for the product life. Characteristic of leds L80B10 for a lifespan of 50.000h. Low colour dissipation: 3 SDCM. Colour rendering index higher than 85. OPTICS- TRPC/30 : narrow spot optic (30º) applied directly on the pcb, clear polycarbonate diffuser- TRPC/60 : medium spot optic (60º) applied directly on the pcb, clear polycarbonate diffuser- OPPC : opal plate in PC. High mechanical resistance.- OPMI : opal plate in PMMA of high light transmission , perspex diffuse 80. High chemical resistance.- MPPC : prismatic plate with diamond-like structure to reduce glare. UGR is lower than 19.



POWER SUPPLYLuminaires equipped with European branded no dimmable electronic power supply (EPF). Rated voltage 240 V. DALI dimming (GDA) available as an option. Access to the equipment from below.

TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITYReference ambient temperature: 20ºC. Operating temperature range: 5 to 25ºC (the temper-ature affects the lifetime of the LEDs).For environments with a moisture content of more than 70%, we recommend the use of lac-quered INOX 304 for the body, as an option.

INSTALLATIONInstallation in false ceilings, thickness from 13 to 80 mm :- By clamping by means of the stretcher provided as standard, allowing thanks to the IsoFlex system a fi xation by the inside of the luminaire while maintaining the tightness- By suspension by means of threaded rods (not supplied) attached to the shell.- By optional mounting brackets.

WIRINGThrough a waterproof Wieland branded connector, RST20i on the top of the luminaire (fl exi-ble H07RN-F 3G1,5mm2 cord mounting).

OPTIQUEEnsemble optique monté sur le cadre aluminium, composé d’un verre de sécu-rité de 3mm d’épaisseur et d’une grille basse luminance en aluminium brillant métallisé sous vide. CONTRÔLE DE LA CONTAMINATIONLe faible niveau de rétention et d’émission de particules obtenu sur cette gamme de produits permet leur utilisation dans des salles classifi ées jusqu’à ISO 4.Un ensemble de joints techniques assure l’étanchéité, évite la prolifération de bactéries et réduit les échanges gazeux.

RÉSISTANCE H2O2Les composants pouvant rentrer en contact avec le peroxyde d’hydrogène lors du processus de décontamination ont été testés par contact cyclique, direct et prolon-gé à une solution H2O2 35%.

ÉQUIPEMENT ÉLECTRIQUELuminaires équipés d’alimentation électronique plein fl ux (EPF), tension nomi-nale 220/240V 50/60Hz, de marque européenne. Alimentation gradable DALI en option (GDA). Accès à l’équipement par le dessous du luminaire.

TEMPERATURE ET HUMIDITÉTempérature ambiante de référence : 20ºC . Plage de températures de fonction-nement : 5 à 25ºC(la température a une infl uence sur la durée de vie des LED). Pour des ambiances dont le taux d’humidité est supérieur à 70% nous conseil-lons l’utilisation de caissons INOX 304 laqué ou brossé, en option.

INSTALLATIONEncastrement du caisson en faux-plafond modulaire (hors clip-in) ou à découpe de 13 à 80 mm d’épaisseur :- Par serrage au moyen des brancards fournis de série permettant, grâce au sys-tème Isofl ex une fi xation par l’intérieur du luminaire en conservant l’étanchéité.- Par suspension au moyen de tiges fi letées (non fournies) fi xées au gros oeuvre.- Par les pattes de serrages optionnelle.

LED MODULESVery high effi ciency LED circuits (> 180 Lm / W) of European brand, screwed on a 2mm thick aluminium plate ensuring optimal dissipation for the product life. Characteristic of leds L90B10 for a lifespan of 50.000h. Low colour dissipation: 3 SDCM. Colour rendering index higher than 85. OPTICOptical unit consisting of a white lacquered aluminium frame, a transparent polycarbonate closure plate and an internal diffuser with three-dimensional mi-cro-prisms. This optic ensures a high mechanical strength associated with a UGR lower than 19. On the other hand the optics being smooth outside fouling is very limited and cleaning very easy.

CONTROL OF CONTAMINATIONThe reduced level of retention and emission of particles obtained on this range of prod-ucts allows their use in cleanrooms classifi ed up to ISO 4.A set of technical seals ensures the sealing, avoids the proliferation of bacteria and reduc-es the gas exchanges.

POWER SUPPLYLuminaires wired with dimmable electronic power supply (push button and DALI), nominal voltage 220/240V 50/60Hz, European brand. Access to the equipment from below the luminaire.

TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITYReference ambient temperature: 20ºC. Operating temperature range: 5 to 25ºC (the temperature affects the lifetime of the LEDs).For environments with a moisture content of more than 70%, we recommend the use of lacquered INOX 304 for the body, as an option.

INSTALLATIONRecessed in continuous false ceilings to be cut, from 13 to 60 mm thickness:- by means of the shafts supplied as standard, allowing, thanks to the Isofl ex sys-tem, a fi xation from the inside of the luminaire while maintaining the tightness.- by suspension by means of threaded rods (not supplied) attached to the shell.

ELECTRICAL WIRINGPower supply via a PG13 cable gland, connection to a 5 poles automatic terminal block (Phase, Neutral, Earth, D1, D2).

MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTIONInverted pyramidal body, made of 0.8 mm thick steel sheet, powder-coated white pol-yester RAL9003. Lower frame in white lacquered aluminium, screwed to the box by means of 4 stainless steel screws.

LED MODULESZagha mid-power LED module. 3 SDCM colour space, IRC above 85. Estimated life-time L80B10 at 50.000h.

OPTICS- OPPC : opal plate in PC. High mechanical resistance.- OPMI : opal plate in PMMA of high light transmission. High chemical resistance.


H2O2 RESISTANCEComponents that can come into contact with hydrogen peroxide during the decon-tamination process were tested by cyclic, direct and prolonged contact with a 35% H2O2 solution, see resistance in the table of references.

POWER SUPPLYLuminaires equipped with European branded not dimmable electronic power supply (EPF). Rated voltage 240 V. DALI dimming (GDA) available as an option. Access to the equipment from below.


MOUNTING4 points fi xing by the interior of the luminaire.

WIRINGCable entry on the top of the body by a membrane cable seal. Connection inside the body on terminal block 2 poles + ground, without possibility of derivation.

The posterior part is opaque RAL7015 colour while the anterior part is opal translucent to ensure optimal light transmission. Two end caps in RAL 7035 polycarbonate are glued on the profi le ensuring a high level and durable waterproofs.

OPTICSInternal platinum in white lacquered steel and opal polycarbonate profi le ensure extensive distribution.

MODULES LEDMid-power LED modules. Assembled on a steel plate ensuring optimal cooling. IRC greater than 80. The estimated lifetime at Ta 25ºC is 35.000h for L80.Operating range -5º to + 35º C.The service life is variable depending on the operating temperature.

POWER SUPPLYNo dimmable electronic power supply to ensure constant photometric character-istics of the luminaire. 220-240 V, 50-60Hz. Mono-bloc luminaire without access to equipment. DALI dimming on request.

WIRINGBy waterproof connector from the outside of the luminaire, Stucchi branded.Possibility of through wiring 3G1.5mm2 (CTR).

MOUNTINGFixing the body to the support by two clipped stainless steel brackets, no drilling of the body is necessary. IP66 luminaire, do not expose directly to the rain.

TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITYOperating range -30º to + 45º C (the temperature affects the life of the LEDs).Luminaire equipped with a Gore event to prevent the accumulation of conden-sation inside the luminaire in case of temperature and humidity gradient that can generate a dew point.
