Points Worth Considering•The healthcare providers benefit more from the system•The assumption could be that the TB symptomatics are indifferent about the system•Charging a fee from the TB symptomatics may serve as a deterrent from using the system•The health centers are more interested in keeping track of their patients and that they are more interested in making sure that they patients get cured within 6 months•Lastly, that perhaps, society has to pay for this kind of service (that is, the government shall be a major stakeholder in this and the service must be paid by our tax money)

Business Plan
1. To offer Mobilin as a TB Referral Service to Local Government Units in order to deploy the system to the Barangay Health Centers.
*In Quezon City alone, there are 142 barangays, in the City of Manila, there are 897 barangays; full coverage in these barangays, most especially in the urban poor communities can help in containing the TB incidence
2. To charge the LGUs the following fees:a. Installation and Training Fee - upfront cost of 5000 per health center b. Service/Maintenance/Hosting/ Updates Fee - 1000 per month per health center
3. Get revenue from SMS services used from the Telcos2.50/Text (1.00 for telco and 1.50 for revenue)
