Parisi’s 20 years of coaching experience in performance and speed training is unmatched in the industry.

Our programs are customized by sport, gender and age level.

We provide your team with the most cutting edge training techniques available. Workouts are designed to build character and strengthen a team’s Core Values.

Programs are offered 1-2 times per week throughout the year while the number of sessions are based off the coach’s preference and Parisi recommendation.

Class length is 60 minutes.

Athlete evaluation includes an athlete’s pre- and post-test scores in events such as the 10 yard dash, 5-10-5, broad and (or) vertical jump.

The Parisi Speed School Team Training Program is for athletes ages 7 and over.

Choose to train at your school or at the Newtown Athletic Club facility.
