The success of collaborative electronic environments (CEEs) seems to depend on building the social learning environment provided by real time contact with other students, teachers and a sense of "place" where the learning happens.

Many of the principles of effective teaching practice are carried over to the new environment and you become enriched as you discover and share new teaching and learning experiences with your students.
