TDX Organisational Structure
Company History• 1999
– TDX established December 1999 by Harry Reed/Neil Atkinson as supplier of D&D services and Thermoforming tooling to UK Thermoforming Industry.
• 2006 – TDX embarks on diversification
strategy into PET extrusion– Mark Prinn joins TDX as Sales &
Marketing Director
• 2007– First PET extrusion line
installed
• 2008 Board restructuring– Harry Reed, Chairman– Mark Prinn, Managing Director
• 2009– Decision to expand extrusion
division– Decision to expand
D&D/Tooling sales into European Market
• 2010– Second PET extrusion line
installed

Neil Atkinson, Operations Director• 25 years experience in Thermoforming
industry (HFW, Penlea Plastics, Tenneco, TDX)
• Range of experience – in house tooling, maintenance, installations, Thermoforming operations, trade tooling supply, tooling sales.
