The TD Series temperaturetransmitters monitor thetemperature of liquids insanitary applications such as food and beverageprocessing and pharmaceu-tical applications.

The one-piece housing fea -tures integrated electronics,a process connector, and aPt1000 Class “A” RTD probethat are laser welded for awater-tight, factory cali-brated IP69K sealed sensor.

Robust and durable, the TDtransmitters are constructedof 316 stainless steel. Theunits are corrosion-resistantagainst chemicals and harshindustrial solvents.

The 2-wire loop poweredtransmitters are pre-scaledfor ranges of 0…100 °C and 0…300 °F. Applicationsrequiring different rangescan be scaled with aprogramming tool via IO-Link.

The TD transmitter offers acompact measuring system. Itseasy to install small diameter, lowprofile housing provides efficientthermal decoupling to protect theelectronics without compromisingmechanical durability.

Heat exchanger fluid tempera-tures are critical measurementsin process applications. The TDtransmitter is an ideal solutionfor monitoring their processfluids. The 3A authorized one-piece construction offers thehighest level of integrity in sanitary applications.

The TD temperature transmitter reliably monitors the fluid temperaturein a CIP application. Its fast reacting design responds to temperaturechanges of 50% in 1 second and 90% in 3 seconds (T05 and T09).

State-of-the-artlaser welded constructioncreates a hermeticallysealed one-piece device.

Full 316L stainless steel constructioneliminates corrosion that compro-mises instrument integrity.

Highly engineered tip designensures fast response time with constant and repeatablemeasurement from -58 to 302 °F (-50 to 150 °C). The TD minimizesthermal mass and locates the RTD element precisely withconstant force and position.

High performancepolymer display windowis resistant to hightemperatures and aggres-sive cleaners. The provenwindow sealing designeliminates issues withfluid ingress.
