Nutrition During TCAPO Students should eat a

healthy, protein rich breakfast. "Grab and Go" breakfasts will be available in the Cafeteria. Students are welcome to bring their own healthy snacks to their TCAP test.

O Drink plenty of water before the test. Remember, our brains are comprised mainly of water. When we are dehydrated, our bodies get sleepy and our brains don't function as well.
