D.A.S.A. Training(Dignity for All Students Act)

The course reviews the DASA act, looks at the causes and effects of bullying on students and schools, and presents ways to work with bullies and victims. Several models will be used to explain the needs of children who are bullied and what happens when these needs are not met. Participants will be challenged to look at their own backgrounds and assumptions about bullying and come up with strategies to prevent bullying in their classrooms and schools. Cyber bullying will also be highlighted.

You will be introduced to medical terminology from an anatomical approach as root terms are divided by each body system.
