BackgroundThailand Business Council (TBC) – Dubai and the Northern Emirates of UAE is a non-profit organization set up by Thai business group located in Dubai and the Northern Emirates of UAE, under the approval and permission by Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Background (continue)TBC has comprised of extensive Thai business sectors in UAE, for instance, service sectors in restaurants, spa, hotel and several industries including oil and gas, media, event organizer, food, construction, building materials, general trading, etc. Recently, there are about 100 companies and individuals joining TBC.

• Individual Member (100 AED/Year,  One Individual One Vote)‐ Thai Professional or any Nationality that shares the same TBC Objectives‐ 1 representative to join TBC event

Administrative Board

Roles & Responsibilities•Represent on behalf of TBC members to manage, arrange and facilitate the activities that benefit and support TBC•Represent on behalf of TBC to communicate the concerns, interests and opinions to Public, in order to support and/or protect TBC interests

Qualifications•Fluently speak Thai•Based in Dubai and/or the Northern Emirates of UAE•A qualified TBC member (either Corporate or Individual)•The company‐owned, or the company that he/she is working with must be the member of Dubai Chamber•Be able to join the monthly meeting at least 70% of the gatherings, and in case of unavailability, be able to send representative/proxy to participate in the meeting•Voluntarily contribute to work on behalf of TBC in arranging and coordinate the function and communication to the benefit of TBC
