Primary Member System

Primary members are the main load carrying and support members of a pre-engineered building. The main

frame members include columns, rafters and other supporting members. The shape and size of these

members vary based on the application and requirements. The frame is erected by bolting the end plates of

connecting sections together. All the steel sections and welded plate members are designed in accordance

with the applicable sections as per the latest international codes and standards such as AISC, AISI, MBMA

and IS to meet all the customer specifications. Minimum field strength is 345 MPA for Primary Members

Secondary structural framing refers to purlins, girts, eave struts, wind bracing, flange bracing, base

angles, clips and other miscellaneous structural parts.

Purlins, girts and eave struts are cold formed steel members which have a minimum yield strength of

345 MPa (50,000 psi) and will conform to the physical specifications of ASTM 572 (Grade 50) or ASTM

A653 (Grade 50) or equivalent.

Roof & Wall Cladding Systems

Permanently colour coated, profiled sheet with Hi-Rib depth of 30

mm at minimum 200 mm pitch distance over purlins and fixed with

self drilling galvanised fastener. Profiled sheet shall be roll

formed out of desired material (Viz. galvanised steel, galvalume)

of desire thickness & paint finish.to sheet shall be fixed over the

purlins with hexagonal head self-drilling fasteners including

Neoprene/EPDM washer on each crust of sheet. The fasteners

are fixed mechnically using electric tools through crests & trough.

Superpolyester XRW, Silicon modified polyester or fluoropolymer 20 microns top coat over primer(finished side), neutralback coat of 5 micron over primer (back side).

We can provide mezzanine floor in partial or complete area of buildings to suit loading requirement for office and

storages. Mezzanine floor consist steel decks, supported by joist members to the mezzanine beam. Mezzanine main

beam usually run across the width of building and are located under the main rafters while joint members runs

parallel to the length of the building.

We can design buildings with most type of crane system such as EOT, Monorail, Under-Slung crane etc in all

type of building. Task Infracon scope of work is limited in this to bracket and crane runway beam which support

the crane system, that required to design and estimate building with cranes.

Decking ProfileIt is used as a composite floor system and easy to install, which makes it a preferred choice. it gives

immediate access to a working platform and requires no stripping after concrete curving

Advantages1) CRCA / GI for composite slab construction that cuts down on

slab thickness and dead weight of buildings .2) No separate frame work required for slab casting.3) Reduces construction time and thus is cost effective.4) The embossments on top & sides of the ribs provide added

grip ad minimise slip by creating a bond with concrete asdone with normal reinforcement.

ATM seam belong to the family of standing seam roofing system where the roof sheets are fixed to the structure

without punching the sheets with the help of specially designed seam clips. the clips used in the system have

movable features allows the panel to expand or contract with temperature & also resisting the wind uplift force.

The special clip seaming technique ensures leaks free roofs for many years.
