Basic Conclusions

Reflection provides teacher with the possibility to come closer to an awareness of the way he/she is acting and how these actions are perceived by others.

Reflection helps novel teachers and experienced professionals to acquire the necessary competences and perfection to make critically informed decisions.

Reflective practice develops in action and the time for targeted reflective activities performed individually and in collaboration with colleagues and experienced teachers – mentors, scientific advisor, methodologists is substantial for future students.

Reflection provide teacher not just with useful and personally substantial information for his/her professional development, but it also provides the improvement of educational quality for students.
