Proposed Activities

• Emphasize in Strategic Plan need to recruit “transformational” faculty as well as grow and nurture existing faculty

• Senior Recruits responsible to: Mentor and Grow the Faculty & Program. Money needed to support them.

• A Survey should be created for: Why Good Faculty left USC? Why Faculty decide to come to and stay at USC?
