A discount of Rs 250 will be applied on orders of Rs 499/- and above on all merchandiseavailable on the website www.Indiaplaza.com. The Customer has to visitwww.Indiaplaza.com to avail the offer

This voucher would be given to all Axis Bank Netsecure registered customers who booka Train Ticket using www.irctc.co.in and use Axis Bank Internet Banking to make thepayment

Rs.250 E- Voucher will be valid till August 31, 2012 and hence should be redeemedwithin this validity period. Indiaplaza & Axis Bank shall not be held liable and

responsible for any lapses / unused voucher by the customer

In order to avail the discount of Rs.250 which will be applied on the order placed onlinethe eligible customer will have to apply the special promo code provided by Axis Bank

by SMS, failing which the customer shall not be eligible for availing the discount.

Indiaplaza shall not be held liable and responsible in this regard

Every successful rail booking till July 31 would entail the customer to a gift voucher

The E-Voucher can be used only once

The benefits under the offer cannot be used to purchase Gift certificates/vouchers orclubbed with other offers running on the website www.indiaplaza.com. In case of any

dispute or discretion, Axis Banks decision shall be binding on all customers

The Voucher code will also be sent to Mobile Numbers that are registered in the DNCRegistry. Axis Bank holds no warranty and is not representative of the delivery, service, suitability,

merchantability or quality of the product / service, contents of the products/services under

damage or claims that may arise out of or otherwise howsoever from any refusal to honorthe offer made on Indiaplaza for any reason whatsoever

Axis Bank reserves the right to withdraw and / or alter any of the terms and conditions of

this offer at any time without giving any notice

Any dispute relating to the offer or the terms and conditions shall be subject to thejurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only

The discount is not transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be encashed

Indiaplaza shall be responsible to honor the offer and assure smooth execution of thesame
