CEO Dashboard Current update The distributor needs to have a direct and centralized access to current bank balance, cash balance, total sales order of the day, stock value, and outstanding payables & receivables details. This helps in day-to-day decision making.
Best performing products For any business, it is important to identify best selling products to maximize profit by playing on volume sales. Hence, top 5 products as per volume and sales value are available in a report.
Worst performing products Similarly, it is important to give way with the non moving products, which increase the inventory cost and do not contribute to profitability. Hence, top 3 non-moving items are available in a report.
Customer relationship management
It is important for a business to know their valuable customers. Hence, the solution provides the list of top 5 customers sales wise and top 3 customers outstanding receivables wise.
Best vendors This allows the distributor to keep track of the top 5 suppliers as per purchase volume, purchase value, purchase order, outstanding (payables), and overdue bills.

MIS Reports Salesman reports A range of comprehensive reports which can be used to find and compare the performance of the salesmen. Each salesman can be evaluated on the basis of orders, sales, pending orders, sales returns etc. is required by the distributor. Different incentive can be set for each salesman. Their performance needs to be checked as per the party.
Sales manager reports A range of comprehensive reports which can be used to find and compare the performance of the sales managers is required by the distributor. Each sales manager has a set of salesmen under him. Each sales manager can be evaluated on the basis of orders, sales, pending orders, sales returns etc.
Area reports A distributor needs to identify which product line is selling well in which area. Sales, cancellations, pending orders etc. in every area need to be identified by the distributor.
Product reports Product analysis needs to be done as per stock item, dead stock, fast moving products, excess, to-order stock etc.
Customer reports For a strong customer relationship management, it is important for a business to know its valued customers. Hence, they need to track product lines, sales, cancellations, pending order, returns etc. as per customer.

Security Management Advanced voucher type security
The data entry operator should have access to restricted types of vouchers. In case of more than one operator, one can grant access rights as per what entries can be made by one operator. Open access to all reports is not accepted. Hence, as per the voucher type, security rights can be assigned to users.
Group / Ledger security Everyone can not have access to all ledgers. Hence, security at ledger level is provided. As per the type of user, rights to which ledgers can be selected for voucher entry are given.
Godown / Location security As per the type of user, rights to which godowns / locations can be selected for voucher entry are given.
Dash board security Only the head of the organization should have the access to the dashboard as it reflects current updates on company financials. Hence, the access right to dash board is provided.
Advanced voucher number control
With a large number of voucher generation, advanced voucher number control is required to avoid manual numbering. By adopting advanced voucher number control, even if 1 voucher is deleted, the numbering of other vouchers is not affected.
