Berger Medical Center celebrates successful HealthFest 360 event

Berger teamed up with Sunny 95 for an outstanding HealthFest 360 hosted at Berger Medical Center on Thursday, April 26. Over 400 community members and their families were in attendance for the high-energy evening. The Health-Fester’s were greeted at the door by our senior leadership team along with an entertaining stilt walker performing several tricks and talents. Our nutritional services team, represented that evening by Jason Knapp, executive chef, and Anne Carter, cook, prepared delicious and healthy hors d’ oeuvres for guests to enjoy. Other tasty treats included barbeque from Nelson’s catering company, strawberry smoothies from Smoothie King and frozen delights from the Sunny 95 Treat Truck.

Sunny 95’s radio personality, Trisha Moore, greeted guests with goodie bags and passports that could be stamped as they visited each department through-out the facility to enter the drawing for prizes. Two lucky attendees won $500

Visa gift cards while several others were surprised with gift cards from Kroger and other local businesses. The physicians and their teams were in full force talking with guests, performing health screenings and scheduling appointments focusing on each individ-uals healthcare needs. The physical therapy team rejuvenated our guests with chair massages while the technologists presented tours of the diagnostic area, showcasing our state-of-the-art equipment and technology. Our partners at Riverside Radiology joined us for the evening to support these great services.

Families, many decorated in henna and glitter body art, actively participated in cornhole games with WesBanco and putt-putt chal-lenges with Putt-n-Play Family Fun Center’s traveling greens. Or-chids & Ivy donated beautiful flower arrangements for the sunny, spring festivities. A big thanks to everyone who helped with this

successful event!
