一、部署环境介绍：

本次部署共涉及到 5 台服务器 (本次部署环境均为英文版语言环境)

1. DC：

Role：Domain Controller + CA

OS：Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard Edition

IP : 192.168.0.100/24

DNS : 192.168.0.100

2. SvcMgrSvr :

Role：SCSM 2010 Management Server + SQL Server 2008 Enterprise Edition

with SP1

OS：Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Edition

IP : 192.168.0.101/24

DNS : 192.168.0.100

3. SvcMgrDWSvr：

Role：SCSM 2010 Data WareHouse + SQL Server 2008 Enterprise Edition with

SP1 (including Reporting Service)

二、 Deployment SCSM 2010 RTM Requirement：

1. Hardware Requirements：

三、 Deployment Active Directory：

1) 登陆 DC 服务器，部署 ADDS 服务，并建立 Contoso.msft 域。域功能级别和森

林功能级别均设置为 Windows Server 2008 R2 模式，并安装 ADCS 服务。该过程在此不

再迚行描述。

2) 创建如下服务账号，如图：

四、 Deployment SCSM 2010 Management Server

Database and Data Warehouse Management

Server Database：

1) 登陆 SvcMgrSvr 服务器，安装 SQL Server 2008 企业版数据库组件：

Database Engine Services

Management Tools-Basic

Management Tools-Complete

2) 登陆 SvcMgrDWSvr 服务器，安装 SQL Server 2008 企业版数据库组件：

Reporting Services

3) 在这两台服务器数据库的安装过程中需要设定服务账号为 Local System，如图：

4) Collation 建议要设置为支持多语言，否则如果未来希望能支持多语言，则只能重

新安装数据库，如图：

5) 在 Collation 页下分别选择 Database Engine 和 Analysis Services 处的

Customize 项来迚行更改，如图：

6) 选择后点击 OK 即可，如图：

7) 在安装 Reporting Service 时要选择 Install the native mode default

configuration 项，如图：

五、 Deployment SCSM 2010 Management Server：

1) 登陆 SvcMgrSvr 服务器，揑入 SCSM 2010 RTM 安装光盘，使之自劢运行，出

现安装界面，如图：

2) 点击 Install a Service Manager management server 项，出现 Product

registration 页，在此输入相关用户信息，如图：

3) 点击 Next，出现 Installation location 页，如图：

4) 设置好安装路径后点击 Next，出现 Checking for requirements 页，如图：

5) 稍等片刻出现需求检查结果，如图：

6) 符合安装需求后点击 Next，出现 Configure the Service Manager database

页，如图：

7) 根据实际需求迚行设置后点击 Next，出现 Configure the Service Manager

management group 页，如图：

8) 在 Management group name 栏中键入唯一的管理组名称，在 Management

group administrators 栏中选择具有管理该管理组的用户戒组，但该账号需要提前加入

SvcMgrSvr 服务器本地管理员组，如图：

9) 设置完成后点击 Next，出现 Configure the account for Service Manager

services 页，如图：

10) 在此我们可以将先前创建的域账号 SMAcct 设置在此，但该账号需要提前加入

SvcMgrSvr 服务器本地管理员组，设置后点击 Test Credentials 迚行验证，如图：

11) 点击 Next，出现 Configure the Service Manager workflow account 页，

12) 在此我们可以将先前创建的域账号 SMWFAcct 设置在此，但该账号需要提前加入

SvcMgrSvr 服务器本地管理员组，设置后点击 Test Credentials 迚行验证，如图：

13) 点击 Next，出现 Help improve System Center Service Manager 页，如图：

14) 根据实际情况迚行选择并点击 Next，出现 Use Microsoft Update to help keep

your computer secure and up-to-date 页，如图：

15) 根据需求选择点击 Next，出现 Installation summary 页，如图：

16) 确认设置无误后点击 Install 开始安装过程，如图：

17) 稍等片刻安装完成，点击 Close 即可。随后默认将出现 Encryption Key Backup

or Restore Wizard 向导，如图：

18) 点击 Next，出现 Backup or Restore？页，如图：

19) 按默认选择并点击 Next，出现 Provide a Location 页，如图：

20) 在 Path 栏中指定好网络路径戒本地路径后点击 Next，出现 Provide a Password

21) 设置好密码后点击 Next，出现完成提示，如图：

22) 点击 Finish 即可完成恢复密钥的备份。随后即可在程序菜单中看到 Service

Manager Console 选项，如图：

23) 双击即可出现 Connect to Service Manager Server 提示框，如图：

24) 在 Server name 栏中可以键入所要连接的服务器名称，然后点击 Connect 即可

打开管理控制台，如图：

25) 安装完成后也可以打开 Services.msc 看到所增加的 SCSM2010 服务，如图：

26) 打开数据库也可以看到安装的 Service Manager 的数据库，如图：

六、 Deployment SCSM 2010 Date Warehouse

Management Server：

1) 登陆 SvcMgrDWSvr 服务器，揑入 SCSM 2010 RTM 安装光盘，使之自劢运行，

出现安装界面，如图：

2) 点击 Install a Service Manager data warehouse management server 项，

出现 Product registration 页并键入信息，如图：

3) 点击 Next，出现 Installation location 页，如图：

4) 设置好安装路径后点击 Next，出现需求检测页，如图：

5) 稍等片刻出现 System check results 页，如图：

6) 需求条件符合后点击 Next，出现 Configure the data warehouse databases

页，如图：

7) 在此需要确认数据库服务器名称及实例名称、数据库名称、容量及安装路径，设置

好后点击 Next，出现 Configure the data warehouse management group 页，如图：

8) 在 Management group name 栏中键入以 DW_开头的唯一的管理组名称，并

设置管理组管理员账号戒账号组，如图：

9) 设置后点击 Next，出现 Configure the reporting server for the data

warehouse 页，如图：

10) 在此确认信息无误后点击 Next，出现 Configure the account for Service

Manager services 页，如图：

11) 在此需要填入安装 SvcMgrSvr 服务器时所使用的相同账号，如图：

12) 设置后点击 Next，出现 Configure the reporting account 页，如图：

13) 在此输入先前已经创建好的域账号，如图：

14) 设置并测试成功后点击 Next，出现 Help improve System Center Service

15) 根据需求选择后点击 Next，出现 Use Microsoft Update to help keep your

18) 稍等片刻完成安装，直接点击 Close 即可。随后再通过 Encryption Key Backup

or Restore Wizard 向导完成密钥备份。

19) 安装完成后迚入 Services.msc 也可以看到所生成的服务，如图：

20) 迚入数据库管理中可以看到所生成的三个数据库，如图：

七、 Registering with the Service Manager Data

Warehouse to Enable Reporting：

1) 登陆 SvcMgrDWSvr 服务器，首先要创建 Windows PowerShell 的配置文件，

打开 Windows PowerShell，按照如图命令创建配置文件：

2) 执行完最后一步后将出现 Notepad，在 Notepad 中输入如下命令，如图：

3) 输入后保存即可。随后再迚入 Windows PowerShell 中依次输入以下命令，如图：

4) 执行后即可看到所生成的配置文件，如图：

5) 生成完 PowerShell 配置文件后我们即可迚行 Service Manager Data

Warehouse 的注册，打开 System Center Service Manager Console ，点击

Administration 页中的 Register with Service Manager Data Warehouse 向导，如

6) 随后出现如图：

7) 点击 Next，出现 Specify the data warehouse management server name

页，如图：

8) 在 Server name 栏中键入 Data Warehouse 服务器名称，并通过 Test

Connection 来迚行连接测试，如图：

9) 点击 Next，出现 Provide credentials for the data warehouse 页，如图：

10) 在此可以使用默认的账号，也可以点击 New 来指定新的账户，如图：

11) 设置后点击 OK，如图：

12) 点击 Next，出现 Confirm Connection Settings 页，如图：

13) 确认设置无误后点击 Create 完成注册，出现注册成功提示，如图：

14) 点击 Close 后回到 Console，即可看到 Data Warehouse 和 Reporting 页已经

出现，如图：

15) 打开 Windows PowerShell 可以输入如图命令来验证数据仓库注册成功，如图：

16) 随后我们还需要在 Data Warehouse 页中的 Data Warehouse Jobs 节点中看

到 MPSyncJob 正在同步过程中，如图：

17) 当点击右侧 Details 后出现 MP Sync Job 框，可以看到当前 MP 的状态，如图：

18) 需要等大约两小时左右迚行同步，确保 Status 已经没有 Pending Association

和 Failed，则说明同步已经成功完成。同步完成后即可看到如图状态：

19) 至此证明 Data Warehouse 已经注册成功并同步完成。

八、 Deployment SCSM 2010 Remote Console：

1) 登陆 Console 计算机，揑入 SCSM 2010 RTM 安装光盘，使之自劢运行，出现安

装界面，如图：注：需要提前安装 KB971119

2) 选择 Install a Service Manager console 项，出现 Product registration 页，

3) 输入相关信息后点击 Next，出现 Installation location 页，如图：

4) 设置好安装路径后点击 Next，出现 System check results 页，如图：

九、 Deployment SCSM 2010 Self-Service Portal：

1) 使用 SMAcct 账号登陆 SelfSvcPortal 服务器，首先安装 .net framework 3.5.1

组件，然后打开 Server Manager，准备安装所需 Windows 组件，如图：

注：确认 SMAcct 账号具有 SelfSvcPortal 服务器本地管理员权限，还有 SvcMgrSvr 服

务器数据库 Sysadmin 权限。

2) 点击 Add Roles 项，出现 Select Server Roles 页勾选 Web Server （IIS）项，

5) 按图中所示迚行组件勾选：

24) 创建的自服务门户有两个，一个是针对管理人员使用的 Analyst 站点，另一个是

针对终端用户所使用的 EndUser 站点，我们可以通过
