Software Included 

LanDesk-The RPS security, remote, and firewall software (you do not access this) Microsoft Office Pro Plus ---> Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Publisher CompuTrace- Anti-theft software installed to keep track of laptops.  If it is removed from its cart, it can be tracked!

Lo FYI:Jacking works just like it does on a car!

FYI: When a laptop disappears from the network for two weeks a beacon will be sent to ICTS, and they will be prompted to track it!

When a laptop is reported missing or stolen, ICTS can set off a beacon to assist in locating it! Will be on all laptops purchased for RPS, not just these!

Getting Started -- Data Projector

What else can go wrong?• Filter needs cleaning.  Easy to do -- ask ITRT if not

sure.  Message should go away after cleaning occurs.  If not, can STILL use projector....

• Hooking it up: Easy Tip: you want your images to go OUT of your laptop and IN to the projector so always make sure it hooked to the Video In port.

Getting Started -- Data Projector

Things to remember:• Bulbs are good for X number of hours -- have it on

ONLY when you are using it.• Bulbs are COSTLY -- around $300 each.• Bulbs can be "blown" simply by roughly bumping cart

so be sensitive to extreme handling while projector is on.

• Connect the Document Camera to the LCD Projector using the VGA cord
