STRENGHTS:

1. Highly qualified faculty/staff to handle the different IGPs.

2. Expansion area (238.5 ha.)

3. Availability of good stocks for production and expansion.4. Appropriate technologies to be adopted.

5. Linkage to other agencies/Ngos (as source of fund/stocks and related

technologies)

WEAKNESSES:

1. Limited/delayed financial support.2. Limited labor support for maintenance.

3. Absence of tools/equipments/apparatus for some potential projects (i.e. mangoproduction & processing)

OPPORTUNITIES:

1. Establishment of other projects. (i.e. Broiler, quail-egg production, etc.)

2. Accessibility to marketing outlets (i.e. marketing center, Public market, SBMA)3. Increasing demand to good quality products.

4. Job opportunity for contractual labor.5. As demo project for the students and the farmer clienteles.

THREATS:

1. Abundance of intruders due to the absence of perimeter fence.

2. Increased allocation for the IPGs.

3. Competing entities engaged in the same projects (i.e. Green Garden)
