Recycled PVC Construction Profiles, Erne Plas

• Traditionally Erne Plas imported their construction profiles from England / Europe

• They wanted to offer 100% recycled product and reduce reliance on external suppliers and lower costs

• Attended NISP workshop and were introduced to company with excess PVC re-grind and a local company capable of grinding into powder form for extrusion.

•Additional sales: £1,200,000•CO2 reduction: 15,334T•Jobs Created: 14•Landfill diverted: 1,200T•Virgin materials saved: 1,200T
