Proposal evaluation
All eligible proposals will be evaluated against published criteria which vary by instrument
Each criteria has a threshold mark which a proposal must achieve to be considered for funding
All criteria have equal weight
An overall threshold is also fixed
Evaluation criteria are detailed in Annex B of the Work Programme and in the Guidelines for Evaluators
