Lewis Learning.
Planning is normally
done at the last minute
and is not always based
on outcomes.
There is not a formal
budgeting process.
Documentation is fully
online and accessibleby all learners and staff.
Currently assessment is
done using traditional
methods but the ability
to assess using
technology is avialable.
In some areas
technology is being
used heavily but others
lag behind.
A core group of trainers
use technology heavily
but the others are only
using technology
minimally.
Student use is fully
integrated whether
using Lewis technology
or that which they bring
with them to class.
Management staff is
supporting but often
more in words than in
actions.

informal within Lewis
but there is a formal

by usage policies.
E-mail and electronic
communication is used
heavily by both staff and
learners.
Technologies must go
through InformationServices to be vetted, a
process which can take
time and discourage
staff to suggest and try
new things.
