• Legislation• 8 Members indicate no specific legislation related to hydrometeorology• Legal status - state/government organizations or public administrative bodies with different degree of autonomy (only one PLC)• Other regulatory arrangements - different type of agreements with stakeholders; most common – with CAAs or DRM agencies

• Some observations from Part I

• Great variety of administrative and legal arrangements • Ministry of Environment - the most common parent organization• Some Members may need assistance to establish/improve the national legislative framework
