HO-HCFA: Healthcare Onset- Healthcare Facility Associated. CO-HCFA: Community Onset -Healthcare Facility Associated. Indeterminate disease: If CDI onset is within a 4-12 weeks time period since last discharge from a HCF. HCF: Healthcare facility.
