You Will continue to l'lave the unlmpalnld right to enforce this Agreement as to any of the Sea.nd Debts that are not assigned. 16. AMENDMENT, INTEGRATN>N AND SEVERABlUTY. Th~ Agreement may not be amended or mocllfl9d by oral agreement. No amendment or modification of this Agreement is effective unlen made In writing. This Ag:aement and the other Loan Documents are the complete and final expression of the undarstandlng between you and me. If any provision of this Agn,ement Is unenforceable, then tile unenfarceeble provision will be severed and tile remainlng provisions will still be enforceable.
