The Ministry Of Construction And Housing And Public Municipalities, through the Information System Center held conference to introduce the types of (GIS) in corporation with Iraqi House Company in the Ministry HQ central hall. the conference started with a speech from the Director General of the Information System Center engineer Majeed Hameed Jasim, explained in it the importance of GIS applications in planning and what it can provide from maps and pictures through it, also it ease the work in the targeted areas plus the accuracy and the speed in accomplishing the work with providing hundreds of necessary data and statistics to manage the infrastructures in cities and housing complexes. The lecturer engineer Muthanna Albayati (executive manager in the Iraqi House Company) did a presentation for engineering and discretional maps and (INTERGRAGH) program in the field of GIS, he talked about the variety of GIS programs that INTERGRAGH company presents which have been used by many countries and one of them are the Gulf countries which have constructed a full network from the apps of this company in making maps and GIS. He also said the field of this system in Iraq included taking bird view pictures and field surveillance application and also can observe water drought and providing pictures about Musol dam statues, it also can be used in agricultural fields, documenting, protecting the ruins, culture, rural development, housing projects, building schools and others.

according to the recommendation of the second global GIS conference and the geographic technology and for some Ministries need for an urgent training in order to establish GIS departments and also to strengthen the bounds of corporation and sharing between the Iraqi institutes, with the corporation of Alnahrain Center and the Ministry of Construction and Housing/Information System Center/GIS department, Atlas Company (the exclusive sponsor for the American Company Esri held a training course in the field of GIS for Five days for the period 26/2-2/3/2017 in order to train the staff members of the other Ministries by using the Information System Center training room/ GIS department in the Roads and Bridges building 8th floor.

Information System Center/GIS department/ held a training course about GIS for the Mistry HQ and its formation in the Information System Center training room/ GIS department in the Roads and Bridges building 8th floor for 10 days for the period 5-16/3/2017 and it considered to be one of the basic courses in the field of GIS. The purpose of the course is to empower the trainee in preparing the professional data base of GIS according to the special criteria of GIS and making maps.

Computers Network Course (types and goals)

Information System Center/communications and networks department held a training course under the title (types and goals) for the Ministry HQ and its formations in the training room/ (the library) second floor in the ministry building for five days for the period 19-23/3/2017.

the purpose of this course is to empower the trainee to understand the concept of networking and its types according to the method of work, geographic distribution, engineering design, acknowledge the most important link devices and the used way in networks plus knowing the types of IPs used in the network and how to protect the network, expanding it and monitoring the performance.

MS Office Out Look 2013 training course

Information System center/ internet and network department held a training course titled Outlook 2013 MS Office for the Ministry HQ and its formations in the training room/(the library) second floor in the Ministry for five days for the period 26-30/3/2017. The purpose of this course is to empower the employees to use programs and applications of the e-government according to the instructions of the cabinet and to switch from using paper to digital.

How to Switch From IPv4 to IPv6

The forth edition of (IP) it’s the edition have been used by the whole world, its consist of 32 bit and it can distribute almost 4 billion and three quarters IP around the world, in the near future the 4 billion won’t be enough with the increased number of computer users. That’s why they have develop the sixth edition of (IP) through it can distribute 6 trillion IPs around the world, this massive growth between the two editions for the new IP structure which consist of 128 bit for the sixth edition.

and under this circumstances it can’t afford the sudden change in the internet IP, because of that there won’t be a specific time for stopping the internet protocol IPv4 and activating protocol IPv6 instead of it, because the two protocols can’t work together at the same time without problems. At the end, the internet users will take advantage from IPv6 features and at the same time they can use the programs of protocol IPv4 attachment. Some of the features of protocol IPv6 designed to simplify switching, in a another word the two protocols can support each other. This level of harmony between the two protocols can make the users believe switching to protocol IPv6 not necessary but not switching to it will limit the development because it will deprive the users from using new apps.

The sudden internet protocol switching from IP4 to IPv6 it’s not possible because of the massive size of the internet. Many of the organization began to rely on the internet in their daily tasks

The Fourth Generation

Before the year 2030 70% of industry and jobs will be less demanded, new

jobs will be created and many of the companies will be closed and new

ones will take over. The main reason behind it is the great and continues

success for the Artificial Intelligent (AI) in many sectors like health,

transportation, 3D printing, agriculture and education, that’s what we call

the fourth generation of the industrial revolution.

OPER is an application for the biggest taxi company in the world and they

don’t have any vehicles… the first unmanned car entered the market was in

France and in the next few years this technology will take over and you won’t

have to buy a new car. A simple phone call and you will get a car and it will

take anywhere.. You will never need a parking lot and you will pay for the

droved distance in the unmanned car. Our children won’t need a driving

license and they won’t even need to by a car in the first place… cities will

change and the vast areas of parking lots will be transform to public parks.

Deaths caused by car accidents will be reduced from million and 200

thousand to 2000 thousand only because unmanned cars will reduce accidents

dramatically. Our vehicles will be manufactured by Tesla, Google and

Apple… the cars companies are terrified from this change which, it will make

the computer connected with the wheel and that’s what Tesla, Apple and

Google are doing to electric cars, they will be popular, no noise and no

pollution… no accident or insurance or compensation… the vehicles

insurance will be 1000 less, even the normal care insurance will disappear.

Real Estate

The demand on real estate will change. You will need a remote quite place for work

because you will finish all your work remotely, RNB application it’s the biggest hotel

6 floors and in year 2027 about 100% of what surrounding us

will be 3D printed. We will be able to 3D print all the kind of

spare parts from jets to the simplest equipment… and very

soon our phones will have the feature of “ 3D optical scan”

and by doing scan for your feet and print your own shoes?!!

many of legal consultancies done in seconds with high accuracy and

professionally this thing will reduce the number of lawyers

dramatically and only professionals remains. Any ideas in the future

for the companies are not connected to smart phone won’t be

successful… any successful idea in the last century destined to fail in

the coming years. In the year 2030 computers will be smarter than

humans in some fields. This is the fourth generation of the industrial

revolution… big changes will happen.. are we ready for it?

Microsoft approaching launch new update for the Windows system

Microsoft will distribute the final version of the

Windows operating system 10 Creators Update to

testers by the end of the month, according to the

devices that will launch in April

Several sources said that Microsoft plans to test the final version of Windows 10
