Our students represent themselves professionally by wearing business attire, giving firm handshakes, holding 30-second elevator talks, and behaving like an adult during CAVIT events. Staff and our industry partners are afforded the extreme gratification of seeing our students commit to a career and work on the necessary steps to achieve success.

The learning cannot be replicated when students have the opportunity to work alongside our resident professionals. These experiences have the potential to give our students a competitive advantage over other job applicants. Our students demonstrate the technical skills that employers desperately seek.

Personalized Learning

Authentic Learning

CTE (Career and Technical Education) starts with the philosophy that all education is career education thereby providing career development to all students and in all training pathways. Through program participation in CAVIT, students display outstanding leadership skills, they learn customer service, communication, presentation, and many other employability soft skills. Our students rely on the support of our planned, broad-based, school wide events that are founded on strong career guidance principles. Whether it be clinics, internships, HOSA and SkillsUSA activities, or technical skills; our students are engaged in personalized and applied learning activity that appeals to students’ varied interests and learning styles.
