Incorporated as a joint venture between Mahindra &Mahindra and BT plc in 1986 under the name of Mahindra-British Telecom.
Later, the name was changed to Tech Mahindra in2006.
Its the 6th largest software exporter in India (NASSCOM2009). 4th largest after acquiring Satyam.
Largest telecom software provider in India with morethan 25000 employees.
It is the 9th largest outsourcing company in the world.
