Joyfully Sharing— Christmas Shop Thank You
Dear PFFI,
I wanted to thank all of you, again, for helping to sponsor a child and make Community
Christmas Shop a wonderful success this year.
We were able to provide needed items and at least 3 "wish list" items for over 150 kids from
Fountain Inn Elementary, James Monroe Mission House, and Center for Community
Services. This would not have been possible without your generous contributions of money
and time.
It truly was a joy to watch the parents come and pick out toys for their children, receive
large bags with all sorts of goodies, and wrap their presents. Many loving volunteers added
all sorts of Christmas cheer!
Thank you for giving these parents and guardians the opportunity to shop and provide for
their children in a way that showed God's provision, while allowing them to be a contributing
and involved participant! I pray that the Lord was pleased with our efforts!
In His Great joy and love,
Laura Barrineau
PS: We had so many donations, that we were able to pass along our leftover toys to Safe
Harbor Women's Shelter! So the giving just kept going...
Joyfully Sharing—Dinners For FIKE
Thank you to everyone who has signed up to prepare and deliver a dinner to FIKE this semester. Presbyterian Fellowship is covering dinner every Tuesday for this wonderful
local ministry to students.
We do have open spots on our Spring 2015 calendar—if you are interested, or have any
questions, please contact Dora Abbott 862-2117.
Our Fellowship sponsored 7 children at the
Christmas Shop! In addition, 4 folks served the day of
Christmas Shop at the wrapping station. Thank you
for your tithes and offerings to Fellowship which
allowed us to provide gifts for the children in our
community through Christmas Shop.

the website (check the Youth link under Joyfully Living). Be sure to mark those January
dates on your calendar.
We collected over $1,000 for Ornaments 4 Orphans this
December. Thanks for your generous support of this ministry!
Joyfully Sharing—KAIROS Opportunity Ann Case shares this invitation from Kairos. The Spring Weekend is April 23rd—April 26th.
The team meetings will begin on Saturday, January 10th. You may speak to Ann Case if you
have any questions or want to participate.
Ladies,
I know it's hard to believe, but we will soon be preparing for the Kairos Spring Weekend at Leath. I would
ask that each of you prayerfully consider joining the Spring Team.
The team formation meetings, locations and weekend dates are as follows:
Saturday, January 10th Downtown Presbyterian Church, Greenville
Saturday, February 14th Downtown Presbyterian Church
Saturday, March 14th Downtown Presbyterian Church
Saturday, April 11th Downtown Presbyterian Church
Wednesday (evening), April 22nd Main Street United Methodist Church, Greenwood

Please respond to this email to let me know whether or not you will be participating. Also, feel free to for-
ward this invitation to anyone who has expressed an interest in serving. The first team formation meeting on
January 10th would be an excellent opportunity for those who are interested to experience our fellowship and
learn more about Kairos. I would also be happy to meet personally with anyone who has expressed an inter-
est in the ministry.
Blessings to all of you as you consider serving!

Sunday. Three adult small groups will meet following the Coffee time after the worship
service. Now is a great time to plug into one of the small groups.
Do you have a question about which small group is a good fit for you? Do you want more
information about where the groups meet? Send your questions to
[email protected] and we’ll put you in touch with a small group leader.
A reminder that small groups for Youth and Children meet at the same time as the adult
small groups.
